The staff at the Box is great. The unit price is good. Unfortunately the access to the units is gendered by an unkept accents roads that are muddy and water filled. That is the only drawback and why I would not recommend the Box. If the roads are smoothed and graveled it would be a great bargain.

No one was in the office to talk to for the drop off. Ended up using the app for a night drop. The app was not working at first. I tried calling to talk to a human at 8am and there was a 30 minute wait, 20 minutes on the chat. This was the frustrating part! U-hauls actual customer service is questionable!

The box was awesome! I can't say enough about the staff they're friendly and professional. I would recommend the Box to everyone that's needs a storage unit.

This is the 2nd time using The Box. They are really clean and easily assessable. The staff are super friendly and answered all my questions. Very easy to deal with.

The drop off area is in the very back of a storage facility and a gravel lot. Looks like most of the drainage for the site heads that direction. Needs re-grading and compaction. Very difficult to maneuver into

It took longer than should have been for them to show that we turned the trailer in on time. This was the 2nd time this happened with us when renting a trailer from you in a month.

back of uhaul was completely wet. i slipped completely on my back carrying boxes not knowing water was in there. it said to return clean and this was we received was not. appeared that someone was hauling dirt in the back and sprayed it out but didn't let it dry.

Needed a utility trailer asked for one in Scottsboro Al, the first 2 times I was routed to 40-50 miles away because I didn't know what to ask for, tell the customers the choices

We had our own dolly and improvised with blankets, but we weren't even offered the option of renting them. If you want to increase your sales revenue, giving customers a list of extras might help.

I was charged $234 for damage I did not do, I talked with area manager and did not get any results. I have rented a minimum of 20 units in the past 3 years not one time have I returned them with damage, and I have always returned them with more fuel than I started with. I am very unhappy with being charged this charge. I can assure you if I would have damaged this truck I would not have just left it. Any attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated

The lady there is friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes to turn the trailer back in. She remembered us from a previous rental and was very nice.

When I arrived there was no one there to help me with a unit and my helper was only there for one day. Closed on weekends and that is when most people move so they are ultimately losing business.

Th e person in the office was lacked any knowledge of the rental process. A phone call was placed to the owner/manager who walked this person through each step on the computer. Took 30 minutes even though express check-in had been completed. Then was merely told the truck was "out back". Had reserved a dozen pads but was told "we don't have pads, we're not a U-HAUL location, we just rent trucks". Would not recommend this location under any circumstances.

Trailer was great. It pulled really well on the roads. It was easy to load/unload, clean and well-done. The staff at the location was friendly and got us on our way in just a few minutes. I will not hesitate to rent U-Haul again.

The outside storage spaces were easy to access, but the ground was mud and gravel, making it necessary to angle the truck`s ramp into the unit.

The Climate controlled storage area was adequate, but the doors were hard to close. It was also difficult to maneuver large trucks between the buildings.

This was not my originally scheduled location. I called to confirm my truck was ready and was told I'd have to go to another location. It was an hour and a half away. That is a stressful and inconvenient thing to discover the day of a big move to a new state with a 12 hour drive. If I hadn't already had my scheduled move in place I would have cancelled the transaction.

The first 5x8 trailer after being hooked up did not have any brake lights. We had to hook trailer up ourselves. I thought all U-Haul rental place did that for you. Please find a way to advise people which stores do not hook up trailers for you so people can go to another store for that convience. Merci.

I had major problems with gas gauge. It would not read gas when I put gas in. I put in about 40$ too much. My husband and I kept turning vehicle on and the gauge never moved. My husband tapped gauge and it read 3/4 of tank when we were only supposed to put in 1/4. I was very angry about this and told that they could do nothing about that.

I stopped in a week before I needed the rental. Did a walk-around and noticed the trailers electrical cable hoodup had been cut off. Notified the office and they said they would fix it prior to pickup. Called a day before pickup and they said it was OK. Went to pick it up and noticed the electrical hookup that was on there was the wrong one(the same one that is on the receiving end for the truck). Had to go to walmart and buy and install the correct one. Took another two hours out of my day.
