Carol SI would like you to start by making this fiasco right with me! I need someone to contact me about this. I definitely expect to be recompensed for a good deal of the monney i had to spend to only have the equiptment be of such poor condition! It was so fortunate that i hadn't pulled over outside of town and had gotten stranded on the hyw! My phone had 3 % battery left when this happened. I didn't realize that there wouldn't be a charging outlet in the truck either.

Jeremy DGive Steve, who runs your Newcastle branch, a pay raise. He has been the most kind, helpful, patient person I have ever dealt with. He is always updating my booking to fit my always changing schedule, changing size of truck or trailer that I need or calling me back on a Sunday when Google thinks he's closed. He never fails to have just what I need sitting there cleaned up and ready to roll when I finally get to town to get it. I've been dealing with him a LOT, and I have never had such a good experience with any business. Hats off to our friend Steve!
Lowell KVehicle had transition problems and had to abandon our last use and pick up load. Fuel just burned up at 6,8mp gallon it was poor truck cistbus allot on fuel costs because of poor truck. Truck had Maintenance issues. Had to abandon the move and limped back home in the U-Haul truck at 1am Sunday morning and returned it back to Newcastle. Certainly would like compensation for a failed move.

JUSTIN DTire was flat when got home, had to replace 3 of the 4 tires before leaving on trip. Reservation system does not work. Had to drive 80 miles to pick up a 6x12 trailer I reserved 3 weeks in advance.

Evan MSteve at this this location tried to fix the truck we had rented in Custer,sd, but couldn't, we were down for 3 hrs. THEN ANOTHER 4,5 HRS IN RAPID CITY, while Dale's tires put all 6 new tires and a trim on the truck. We had to get a hotel room because we were so far behind on time as a winter storm came in.
Robert GHave U-Haul make more of an effort to relocate vehicle closer to customer. Had to drive an hour and twenty minutes to pick up truck when there were other location five, twenty and fourth-five minutes away.

Jimmy P2,5 his late with no message. Very disappointing. I understand you have to get the trailer, and cell service is spotty, but leaving no message at all!?!
