Booked the uhaul online for pickup at 12:30 pm and it said that it was guranteed online but when we went to pickup the place had a sign on it that said be back at 1 PM, no one called or texted to say that we shouldn't come at the time we booked it for.

I rented a truck on sat. Oct. 19/19 and I have a very serious complaint and I have contacted Midnapore Computer/ Uhaul and he was very rude and very dishonest. The rep was ok but should have taken the time to show me how to open the back truck door, adjust the mirrors and some of the driver controls. I still don't know how to adjust the mirrors. Overall, the truck rented was good but the customer service could be improved.

I showed up to rent a cargo van (which seemed to be all they had) and the couple guys in the office were friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes to be on my way so I couldn’t really expect more from this experience.

The one issue I found was that the truck was given to me where the fuel gauge showed "Full". The pointer was directly over the "F" so it appeared to be full when I took it. I drove 7.7 miles and did not have the truck running when it wasn't being driven. I had to put $20 of fuel in it and when I looked at the gauge again after, the pointer was well past the "F". So I am confident that accounted for an extra $5-$10 of fuel. Unfortunate that I had to pay for that.

Returning the larger trucks is a pain as the location to park is inconvenient to say the least.

close this location all together. When I walked up to my rental vehicule parked at the Computer clinic to do my online check in the man working at the computer clinic yelled at me about " taking photos of his van." i explained i was there to rent the truck twice before he very corrected me in a very rude and condescending manner that it was a truck and not a van. As per his request i walked inside with him to get my vehicule, at this point i had already done all the steps of the online checkout on a certain vehicule , he then assigned me a different one of the same model, when I asked why he rudely told me i was wrong. while checking out he casually explained he had no blankets so he would be removing them from my order , when i asked what i was supposed to do without my blanket rental, i was shrugged off. While we were doing the handoff for the van, an older gentleman slowly walked towards us looking at the clerk helping me , the clerk then barked at him to wait and that he was busy with this customer. the whole scene reminded me of the " no soup for you." scene from Seinfeld. Finally , after using the vehicle and failing to return it online I realised i had been charged an extra 15$ for a warranty coverage that had NOT been on my order and that i had NOT been verbally informed of, customer service has been contacted regarding this situation. i would recommend you use any other location rather than this one as it is hostile and shady.

Having to park the vehicle a block away was not optimal and the check out process online took 20 minutes and then gave an error message and required a further phone call to find out that the check out had gone through despite the message to try again later

Better information of specific location would be better. When I called the office to get info, they patched me through to the local office, without letting me know, and the local person answered as though they were sitting in their home, being bothered by a telemarketer. Also, after all of the info that I had to put in on the web booking, followed by putting the info in again, when I was picking up the van, then again, when I had to go inside to get the key, makes me not want to book the van online in the future, just to avoid putting in my personal info 3 times.

I requested the quick key- pick up process through my mobile phone. We spent the 10 minutes waiting for approval through our phone and then went to pick up the keys (as the website says) and the man at the desk made us go through the whole process again! He made us wait for him to come check the mileage when we were already required to do that via mobile. What should have been a 10 minutes ended up being about 30 minutes. We were very unimpressed!

It is conveniently loctated with plenty of parking so I'd say the only thing I would change is I would make a larger sign for U-Haul since it was hard for us to find the door through which we were supposed to go.

I was charged a $15.00 for CDW stating that it is not optional and I have to pay it since it's a commercial vehicle. At time of booking online it was mentioned that CDW is optional. I feel this is cheating the customer and charging more than required. I hope this charged can be reverted.

The outside of the van was clean. Inside driving cabin was fine, inside the cargo.... not so clean...smelled like it had been at a farm recently and there was dried grass and dirt in the crevices of the mats...wall clean......Just needs a good power wash on the floor inside. Wasn't horrible but could have been cleaner for sure. . I would still rent from this location as the rental agents are super courteous and accommodating. Thanks for the rental!

The whole process was fast and easy and made moving that much easier. Everything was ready when we went to pick up the truck, no line up or delays. The drop box for the keys on return of the truck was very convenient. The truck was very clean.

I rent at this location whenever I need to pick something up that won't fit in my car, usually three or four times a year. Always great service and fast..

Lack of parking. The location does not have adequate parking lot parking. I had to circle the block numerous times to finally find on street parking. This is a poor location for a moving vehicle rental service. This location is also in a blend of residential and retail. Not an optimum place to park vehicles that are being rented out.
