When I get there he is nowhere to be found. I waited 10 minutes before someone finally came and provided service. The person that provided service was very short and rude. He did not have ANY customer service skills.

I was given more than enough days with the U-Haul, more than enough mileage to get to my new home, and he even allowed me to pick-up the truck early. It was nice to receive a phone call checking to see if my move went okay. Would highly recommend.

JAMES D.Make it easier as to where to scan a code for the pickup location. All it was was “box by frontâ€. Front of the truck (scanned all and didn't work), is there a box in the front of the building (there was not). We sent an email just to say we picked it up and what we wore so it didn't seem like we were stealing. we left 20 minutes later which made our arrival late.

The employee did not know any information about giving us the key to our U-Haul, so we called the manager and he cursed us out for calling him because he was not at the location. They did not want to provide us with the keys and he was very rude !!!
