LISA MThere was an error with the time I previously booked, and I need to reschedule. However, the location that customer service rearranged for me is too far - at least 10 miles farther than my original booking location.
MO CActually inspect vehicle before renting it out to people. UHauls inspection said it was clean, and it when it was time to do my inspection; it was not. Took pictures and uploaded them.also fuel gauge was sitting right at 1/4 of a tank but previous inspection said it was at 1/2. Mind you I uploaded the pictures of that as well and still was charged. I paid for an appliance dolly but location didn't have one so I had to go to another location . The other location was helpful. Also the original receipt I was only supposed to pay for $30 for the renters insurance, but final receipt I got charged the $45 one. Also the day of returning my UHaul, I realized that the uhaul location didn't open til 10am but my drop off time was 9 am. I called uhaul customer service, and was told it would be fine if I dropped it off at 10am when they open. But much to my surprise when turning in the keys I was charged for being late even after explaining I had already talked to customer service. Now I'm supposed to wait for a MANAGER??? To call me back to review my case? I will be demanding some reimbursement for being overcharged and given false info. Also will be telling friends to never come to this location. Other location was the UHaul station off Augusta road/ highway one.they have my thumbs though.
Nicholas CI used 14 hour service so I can not answer these questions cause no one was there. Just me and the app and the app is terrible

JON BThis was the worst & most unprofessional.experience I can recall. Reservation for the U-Haul truck to be picked up at a storage facility. U-Haul change my reservation to worldwide automotive on Platt Spring Road. Worldwide automotive is certainly in a lofty title for a dirt patch on the side of the road Next to a Mexican restaurant. There was a broken down RV I believe on cinderblocks with a handwritten note on the door to call one of three numbers. There was no one present at the location. I called the first number and spoke to who seemed to be an older man. He told me he was 6 miles away at a different location and would not come there. He then suggested I called 1800 go U-Haul. I spoke to a representative who seem to be a younger man. He told me I would get the rental for free. Then he could not help me with the reservation as it seems the unhelpful. older man from the broken down RV had actually canceled my reservation. Then transferred me to a lady in his office. She instantly seemed aggravated with speaking with me and transferred me to customer service. customer service transfer me to another department then that department transferred me back to customer service and then customer service transferred me back to the same lady that originally transferred me to customer service. When we spoke again, she helped me set up a reservation to be picked up at Ace Hardware. This is obviously an upgrade to the dirt patch that I was standing in. FaceTime audio discussed earlier with the gentleman her in her office, I asked her about the rental cost being, no cost to me and asked when I would get the refund? She told me she was not able to do that and transferred me back to customer service who transferred me to another department. By this point I had already completed the rental at Ace Hardware. I needed to get going with the day that had been significantly delayed. When I got in the truck, it was dirty. The alignment was off on the steering, and the back of the truck was as dirty as the cabin. To say the least, this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I can remember having with any organization EVER.

TIERA BPlease ensure to provide customers with correct information. Also, ensure your vendors are professional. The u-haul was covered in dog hair. I was told my rate would be cheaper upon return due to a one day rental instead of a two day rental. I was told the vehicle was not returned and I had to provide the time of rental for the vendor to look at their camera. I called the vendor multiple times prior to them calling me and there was a no answer. This was a horrible experience!

Victor AI just want to advise that this truck a dolly combination is the absolute worst experience I've had towing anything in my entire life driving and towing. I've driven tractor trailer 48 foot water tanker easier than this truck. It was a constant struggle to maintain a lane. I do not recommend that this combination be considered as a good idea for the future.

Jerry SWhen some one makes a reservation for a particular type of truck at a particular location, it would be nice if you kept it. I reserved a 10ft truck. My pick up location changed 3 times, and my truck size increased two times to 20 ft, which was way more space than I needed.

Tim OThe experience as a whole was terrible, but the people at this location were amazing. My original booking location was changed without me being notified. Once I got there they told me that I wouldn't be able to take one of the trailers that they had even though I had a reservation. They said they didn't have the right one and ended up sending me half an hour back to the other side of town. At this point I had already driven 3 1/2 hours to get to the city where I was picking up this trailer. I also had to wait at the first location for the manager to call around and try to find a trailer that was reserved for me. All together, this added and extra hour and a half to my day and I don't appreciate it. I will not be using Uhaul again.
