I was not able to pick up the vehicle electronically! The U-Haul website did not work so I waited in the cold from 8:30a to 10:30a when the person who runs the place came to help me. He was ultimately helpful although I was not allowed to use the WiFi to try to get the website to work. I will never try the 24/7 pick up and return again. And I don't recommend it. I have a very reliable cell phone provider so that was not the problem. The U-Haul website wasn't working !

Rodger RossThe mobile check in process is too long. Once I take my picture and upload my drivers license, it has taken at least 10 minutes each time to wait for approval. I am standing outside alone in the evening waiting on something that should take no more than a minute to look at my license and my selfie. As far as the location, there is a man that rents storage Unit A2 that is there every time I pick up a truck. He is usually intoxicated and I'm not sure, but feel like he is living there since he is always there. I always feel uncomfortable as a female picking up my truck in the evening. I use the truck to get my equipment to events for my business and usually pick it up on a Friday night for an early Saturday event. So waiting 10 minutes for someone to approve my license and selfie makes it more uncomfortable being there that long.

Tim McCaslinI didnt get the appliance dolly that I requested. The lock on the back of the truck was hard to get open to retrieve the key from the cargo area. It took 45 minutes from my pick up time to complete all steps. The app was having difficulty completing a request for an additional driver. Used the chat optional it was resolved.

JEFFREY NASHI was disappointed that online you can reserve a truck in harrodsburg but the day of get a call and be told I had to go to a whole nother city and it was out of my way with paying for miles. Even the dolly equipment I was able to rent and they also didn't have the dolly we needed but was given a smaller one at no charge. So Idk who does the whole online thing but it be cool if you all can work on that. Other then that the people and places was excellent and I would come back

ROGER YANKEYI rented a Car trailer. I picked it up and when I go to my destination and loaded the car, I then noticed that the left rear tire was flat. it had zero PSI in it. Luckily where I loaded the car there was air available for me to inflate the tire and luckily it held the air for the rest of my trip.
