The only discrepancy was the mileage on the 20' truck was higher than listed. But we caught and corrected it.

Very crowded & ackward access from highway.
JANELLE HThe website said the padding and dollies were available. When I got to this location, they did not have any of these items. The staff member had to remove them from the ticket. This was the only issue that I was not satisfied with.

KIM KThe U-haul calculations for mileage are not ideal. I took the shortest and safest route with the load I was taking. I went over on mileage. I agreed to drop off at this location because I felt I was being helpful, also because of the discounted rate. Which made me believe I was being helpful. You guys charge more for mileage than I can charge when I travel for work. I believe this to be in bad form for U-haul. The next time I move I will be looking at U-haul's competitors because paying an extra $70 for U-haul's mileage guessing is unsafe.

JOHN GPearl was awesome! The truck had some dirt in the back when we picked it up. Pearl said that was unacceptable and got the blower and cleaned it right up! We pulled up right at closing to drop back off and she had no problem with the tight schedule. She was nice, courteous and professional! Will recommend and if I need a truck again I will call and ask for Pearl!

Tonya MI received a text wanting to know if Ibwas brining it back on time, clean and gassed as they planned to send it right back out. I cleaned, gassed and returned it at 0820. Never saw anyone or heard from anyone. Dropped keys in box.
