The vehicle that I had was disgusting of filth and needs to be mechanically maintain better
MATTHEW KGreat experience. Only suggestions: I was a little confused about how to use the padlock at drop off. Some instructions with a picture would help. I also had trouble with the links - they wouldn’t work with safari and were still giving me trouble on chrome. Would have liked to have used the app for drop off instead of the internet links. I kept trying to submit the photos at pick up and drop off with much difficulty and repetition.

GLENN FThe two Dollys I paid for and reserved were not in the truck. I took the requested pictures of the empty truck that I was asked to during the pickup process. I was not able to contact anyone at the store yesterday after calling several times because there was apparently an issue with the phones. When I was able to reach someone at the store today she told me there wasn’t anything she could do and I needed to call U-Haul directly. They also changed my pick up location the day before to a store further away from my home.

Stewart DThe person inside was not helpful. She did not have a dolly that I rented. Then told me she couldn’t refund it, then when I said I would call she said she was able to refund it. Didn’t open the back door so we had to walk around the entire plaza in the heat.

THERESA RRental truck has high mileage, suspension needs work to be done, air conditioning could be better too. Overall this was the worse truck that I’ve rented

Jorge CI didn't need to but I interacted with the attendant while I was going through the steps on the app to pick up the truck. I finally didn't need anything from her but she was all the time checking if I was doing well with the process.

Keena JI would never recommend ANY U-Haul location to anyone. It’s not this location in particular, but U-Haul that sucks. Every single step in the rental process was a pain in the neck. I hope I don’t ever need to rent a truck from you for the rest of my life.
