Jermaine BRepresentative was dismissive. Dolly was not available. Representative stated store wasn't location responsibility to supply or stock equipment. Would have been nice if they had noted it wasn't carried at all.
THERESA RRental truck has high mileage, suspension needs work to be done, air conditioning could be better too. Overall this was the worse truck that I've rented

Jorge CI didn't need to but I interacted with the attendant while I was going through the steps on the app to pick up the truck. I finally didn't need anything from her but she was all the time checking if I was doing well with the process.

Keena JI would never recommend ANY U-Haul location to anyone. It's not this location in particular, but U-Haul that sucks. Every single step in the rental process was a pain in the neck. I hope I don't ever need to rent a truck from you for the rest of my life.

This is now my go to store for future rentals hands down with out exception.

Lisa HThis location is Amazing. The owners there are top notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only complain I have is that these trucks are taking a beating and they are not well maintained. Wish there was someone from uhaul who would help them with better trucks. But even then just because how awesome their service is, I will keep coming here as long as the trucks are drivable.

Renee SI did an after hours pickup and this was in a dark area behind a strip mall. Did not feel safe. Overall the van worked great and appear clear. However as soon as we started we spotted a cockroach. As the time with vehicle went on we continued to see many more. There were even some that got onto the items we picked up and transported. Resulted in throwing out some items to avoid bringing into the location.

all pIt was extremely difficult to get into the location, having returned the truck to its proper parking spot in back. No one answered the phone or knocking, then banging on the door...after several minutes I was forced to walk the around the entire block of the building. Perhaps a doorbell on the back door could help with this?
