This A# location should be what all other locations should strive for. This was my third stop in looking for a U Haul rental. What was provided here was exceptional, service, a clear understanding of the rental process and an attitude that my business matters. This is now my go to store for future rentals hands down with out exception.

The only complain I have is that these trucks are taking a beating and they are not well maintained. Wish there was someone from uhaul who would help them with better trucks. But even then just because how awesome their service is, I will keep coming here as long as the trucks are drivable.

Renee SherI did an after hours pickup and this was in a dark area behind a strip mall. Did not feel safe. Overall the van worked great and appear clear. However as soon as we started we spotted a cockroach. As the time with vehicle went on we continued to see many more. There were even some that got onto the items we picked up and transported. Resulted in throwing out some items to avoid bringing into the location.

all pedrajaIt was extremely difficult to get into the location, having returned the truck to its proper parking spot in back. No one answered the phone or knocking, then banging on the door...after several minutes I was forced to walk the around the entire block of the building. Perhaps a doorbell on the back door could help with this?

David FeldbaumI am increasingly choosing to Uber when I pick up a rental. In this location there is no passage to the rear area or the shopping center where the trucks are parked. If Uber drops me off for self-pickup in the front, then I have to walk over 10 minutes to find the trucks. The only alternative is if the Mail Box store is open and one can walk thru the store rear door. The biggest issues is that the app does not recognize the truck parking area as within approved range for check-out. I was only able to take the truck because it happened to be during business hours and the store staff (or owner) assisted me. I would have been SOL if this had to be done via the app, as I chose. Honorable mention: the time wasted.

ENRIQUE CHAVARRIAI never do reviews however this time will. All my stuff got ruined while in the truck from the rain. I was just better off using my own truck instead. Dressers ruined, expensive mattresses ruined, boxes saturated couldn't lift it ripped apart. Dishes broken. It was horrible and devastating to see my valuable things ruin. And the steering column is about to break can't drive over 35 without losing control of the truck. Makes me wonder if they even test or inspect the truck to make if safe for us customers to drive, can't imagine driving that truck out of state.. Just horrible, never again I think Penske will be the better option to go with next time.

Jerry GradyThis place is run just fine, the problem is your reservation system sent me to a closed office and after 1,5 hour and 25 miles one way to get the truck.. No this will be the last time I will ever rent from you. FYI the two times I visited the location 2800 block of West Broward the employees were more concerned in ordering lunch or break food than serving the waiting customers then persons not working the desk were eating their lunch and carrying on conversations with those that ere working!
John AbelWas clean but the driver side visor almost caused an accident - when you move it the clip falls out of the ceiling into the windshield well (VERY HARD TO REACH) causing the visor to hang directly in my vision BLOCKING me from seeing ... I tried everything to move it out of my view and NOTHING would work. I fished out the clip and tried to push it back in, as soon as I tried to clip the visor to it all it did was fall out again. I had to force the clip in and hold it in place while trying to clip the visor into it - and then there was NO WAY to lower the visor to block the afternoon sun because if you move it everything falls out again. THIS MADE FOR A VERY DANGEROUS DRIVE IN AFTERNOON FLORIDA SUN, SHAMEFUL uhaul does not fix this properly. The site-owner said she has asked many times for the to fix it and it is never done properly. Totally disgusting that uhaul can't fix a fucken visor clip, like REALLY???
Daniel FrielingThis location's services was outstanding, but the truck wasn't clean a strong dog smell and hair. But the most frustrating was the hustle to get a truck. I made a reservation almost a month ago and I had to go to two different locations besides the original because the truck wasn't available.

Tara LamMy issue is not with the clerk their or this specific location. my issue is with Uhaul not honoring the reservation that put this as the pickup location. The reservation completely disappeared and I still have not been contacted about it or heard what happened. It completely delayed my trip a day. Reservation #15953396. I am looking for 50 % reimbursement on the new reservation I had to place #1627352. This amount is to offset the amount lost from the day I did not have the trailer. We missed appointments that were already set in stone.

Frederic PoirotThe check in was fine and the employee was friendly. My issue was with the pick up/drop off area that was extremely tight and difficult to maneuver a trailer. Additionally it is in the rear of a shopping center with delivery trucks trying to get through the line of uhaul trucks. I will look for a location with a better pick up area next time.
