The reservation process so easy, email confirmation right away. When I picked up the truck U-Haul associate extremely courteous, friendly, explained after hours drop-off procedure. Clean truck, blankets clean, sanitized in bags. Fantastic experience and definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone needing a rental!

The lady that works there is extremely nice and helpful. The truck felt like it was stuck in 1st gear and was begging for death. The furniture mover was unhooked when I got it and was banging around in the back of the truck, which I'm sure I got charged for, although I didn't use it. It's hard to tell, since I don't have an itemized receipt. The gas tank was a line below half, but according to the picture at check in, it was half a tank. It has a spot to upload a picture on the 24/7 app of the gas gauge and odometer, but it wouldn't let me upload. I wanted to get out of there, so I accepted it, because the person that was verifying my info was a moron and cut into 15 minutes of my allotted time, even though I was there early, so now I'm sure I'm being charged for extra gas that I didn't use. It wasn't a great experience. As I said, the lady at the window was extremely nice and the truck was clean. Those were the only 2 positives from my experience.

How about having someone available to rent your equipment I had to wait in between people buying gas lottery and cigarettes to finally get my trailer, but I will say this the customer service at this gas station for U-Haul was still twice as good as the customer service at U-Haul on Eastern Boulevard in Clarkesville where I made my reservations for my pick up.

It was a bit cramped because of type of business, landscape rock. Not more than 1 customer in driveway at time, especially with gate there. But we had no problems. Very sharp turn with trailer off busy highway though

The yard was small, the male attendant was not helpful, and required me to back it up and maneuver around trash dumpster, rocks and skewly parked Uhaul trailers to park it.

Worse customer service ever, I even tried to make jokes to change his mood, but this guy was so mean to me, I was moving last minute due to a domestic volience situation, I did not know I couldn't leave and come back for the truck cause I had to pick up someone to drive my car, he told me we can't leave the truck here but what ever and threw the keys down, I even apologized to him for not knowing the rules but he did not respond

Cab had ants or other bugs...not infested but there were a lot of them. Driving and swatting bugs is not fun.

Customer is expected to bring back the truck clean, broom swept. We had to sweep the interior of the truck before using it.

Employee was rude and cursed several times. I would suggest he gets a job not working with the public, if I didn't need the U-Haul I would have walked away. My drop off location in Nevada was awesome.

It was pouring rain and I had to stand outside due to the virus. No accommodations or shelter located. Not even a courtesy call to say I would be outside. No review of paperwork which meant I was charged an additional day because I didn't make the cut off time. I would not use uhaul again

The trucks are clean & well-maintained, but their customer relations is the worst I have ever experienced from any rental facility. U-Haul needs to go in there & get this fixed or they should not allow them to rent their trucks. I've never been treated so rudely by the rental agent at any U-Haul, Penske, or Budget location. So unprofessional!

1. More knowledgeable on your products. Ex. Don't sell locks that don't fit the uhaul. Had to return lock I bought that they sold me...had to take time to drive back and get my money back then drive somewhere else to buy a lock. I asked if it fit other uhauls and response was, “ I don't know I never tried it.” Why sell it if they don't fit. How many others have the same thing happen to them and they couldn't go back to get money or couldn't buy another. 2. Listen, and communicate better with customers. 3. Be empathetic 4. Care about the customers better.... Ex. They tell you they are having a rough time try to understand what they are going through. They tell you they have never done anything like this before listen and try to help... Maybe answer questions or ask if they have any questions....take time to help. You are a business beside the other business.... don't be in it for all the wrong reasons. I stopped there and also told them I DO NOT want insurance on either truck or trailer...so, I picked up truck first paid for both truck and trailer... all well and good got my receipt, took truck and planned on coming back for trailer after I loaded truck. When I came to pick up trailer they said that I had to come to office and settle up bill...bill? I paid , with first receipt for both truck and trailer. I was told that I owed a balance. For what I asked...for trailer insurance...I told him I did not want it. I was told he couldn't take it off to call uhaul. I needed that money for the trip. I told him again that someone put wrong info in computer, and that I did NOT want the insurance, he said all he did was push the right buttons and next. Sounded like he didn't know how to take care of the problem. Why would someone NOT have insurance on only one, one trailer and NOT the truck? Really? My car insurance would cover both truck and trailer...I WANT my money back and plan on filing a claim. I spent almost an hour in the phone waiting for uhaul to answer because I didn't want to start trip and have to pay for insurance because I moved the truck. The lady at uhaul on the phone was nice and told me to go online and file a claim. It was only me driving the truck for a long trip....no one to help wait on phone or make phone calls and I wasn't going to talk on phone and drive. Also, asked gentleman who was helping to me earlier on phone from stone and mulch shop if I had access to my car while on the trailer he said yes...I assumed all was good and packed stuff for my trip in the car, so truck didn't needed open until destination. Big ordeal getting into the car with trailer wheel hubs blocking door...had help climbing into hatchback of car and pulling everything out of car and put it in back of truck . Later, many hours and miles a friend pointed out to me that the sides of the trailer wheel hubs came down...grrrr all that guy had to do was take time and explain things to me. I never knew or did this before...don't assume everyone knows about a truck or trailer if this was new to them. Don't tell them one thing, that I could get in my car, and not how to do it. I also, told him that I never loaded a car on a trailer....hot outside for all and never did this before scared me....did not need to bring me to tears making me think I was stupid. Just seemed like he wanted to rush me out....Told me that uhaul would unload car at destination....wrong again. Not all bad, new lady employee helped and she was very caring. Offered me a bottle of cold water and told me to take my time afterwards because I told her I need to calm down, chill out from heat, and collect my thoughts...very nice. I was having an anxiety attack and chest was hurting and needed to calm down before attempting to drive upset. I guess where I was told to park the truck was in the loader area of the loader, another customer was there picking up mulch, stone. I could see in the mirror employee was in loader behind truck wanting me to leave after lady told me it was okay to collect my composure for a few. Felt rushed to get out. I was a paying customer and deserved respect from gentleman...no need for being gruff. If I had been a man would I have been treated differently? You are a business and know that you are representing another business, uhaul. Not my fault for the heat and how busy you are...you we're making money off of me. 5. GOOD note.....they let me back up by an extra day to give me more time to pack at home. Even though they waited on a trailer to get there. All good, I thought. They were great when I called about changing pick up time to two hours later and they were still okay showing up a half hour late. Lady was just leaving being a new employee, she was very caring. She also, tried to get me answers to questions....thank you! Another GOOD thing is that they let me leave my car there over night and two days. Merci.

I rented truck in Williston, FL and was quoted 19,95 $ per day. Since they did not have truck available I was asked which city Gainesville or Ocala, I wanted to pick truck up. I asked if I could return to Williston at no extra charge which was confirmed. When I received the final bill the charge was 95 $/day plus mileage. When I inquired about this I was told that I chose to pick up in one location but return it to another. Someone gave me bad info, and I have yet to get a satisfactory answer. I rented and returned truck to the same location and had to travel at my expense to pick it up. The location does not matter but the failure to honestly tell customer specifics does.

Gas gauge is wrong and shows low all though it was so full you could see the gas. Staff tried to charge us 14 $for gas. We showed him the physical gas level . We didn't have the best experience this time

Picking up the truck was easy but we also hired 2 men to help us move thru the u haul website, This was a nightmare. the men showed up Jeremy and his partner who came into the house looked around and when I went to put something in my car they got in there car and left without saying a word. They were at my parents home for 5 minutes. I called them and texted them, no response. Called moving help who is the company thru u haul who schedules movers, they were no help at all. There response was you can hire someone else and any problems are between you and movers. When i told them the movers wont answer their phone they said to hire new movers.My parents also needed to pay for truck even though not used because movers left without saying a word. In order to move my parents who are 85 years old i need to pay more than double now. Don't make my mistake of hiring help thru u haul. I would still get the truck but no help

The equipment was good,customer service was alittle lacking since it was located in a mulch and stone business.The sales person there was filling dump trucks in between waiting on Uhaul customers,not his fault but doesn't make for great customer service or expediency,especially when I purposely used the check in prior to going in order to save myself time.

Que nos den una dirección correcta de entrega. La dirección proporciona me llevo a un tráiler park después de media hora buscando en círculos. Regrese a la US 27 y el primer uhaul que vi Norte entregue y me cobraron a mi tarjeta 31,00 $ más por traerlo con 3/4 de gasolina la cual fue culpa de quien me dio la dirección equivocada
