I absolutely love this location! Chris is incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible. He really goes above and beyond to make the rental process easy and convenient. I live in Bloomfield, but I'm more than willing to make the drive to Farmington just to give Chris my business. That alone should tell you how much I appreciate his customer service! Chris is one of the victims of last week's flooding in Wild Horse Valley and has been displaced from his home. Despite everything he's going through, he's still showing up every day and taking care of his customers. He's a single father of three, running this location entirely on his own, seven days a week, while also trying to recover from the flood damage to his home. I really encourage everyone in Farmington and the surrounding communities to consider supporting this locally operated U-Haul location. Chris called me two days before my pickup just to check in and ask if there was anything else I needed.
