The trailer hitch is warn out. It rattled excessively for the whole 2000 miles. Very noisy and extremely nerve racking. In hindsight sight I should have returned it to where I picked it up. But the plans were already in place. Never again will I rent a trailer that it so warm out or is it engineered that way not sure. I owned a cattle ranch for 52 years and used many trailer but never did I own a trailer that did like that one. What gives? Someone call me to answer my questions. This is a safety issue. Call me.

Apparently the UHAUL website was under construction and it took some patience and finesse. The clerk that was helping me kept things low key and we had good conversation. She was very easy to talk to, kinda like an old friend. She's a keeper. Owners were also very friendly abd helpful.

The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood how to use the truck and return it properly. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived, which made my move so much smoother. I really appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was—it made the whole process stress-free. I rented the 10ft truck for moving local 35 miles and the gas was so economical, it was startling !

The air conditioning did not work properly and kept cutting out on this truck. The location was fine for both pickup and drop off, and the vehicle did the job albeit a little warm.
