I would like to request a refund from since the trailer had an electrical defect that took over two hours to be corrected and it broke again during the trip we even got stop by a trooper because the lights weren’t working properly

1- take me to much time for check in. 2-the dolly for my car miss the plastic piece for the chain what going under the car, however left before the dolly put in the wrong way the "straps" take me long time to take out, U-Haul Asociate should check this before to checking time, the truck was dirty inside I cleaned it, this store need more asistence from associates, need more experience as well, the lady who take care of me was new but the other lady do not help to much neither. By the way I left the sun pass on the truck help me to get it

The truck needs a major tune up I felt like it was shaking to stall and it made me very anxious.

Got to my rental early to deal with all the questions all to find out it was not assigned. Then I had to deal with customer support. Then right when I was about to leave and when the rental was supposed to be picked up I watched the worker go in an hour before open to set it up. Vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke

I am rating it a one star because I find it absolutely ABSURD to charge someone an additional day of rental and insurance for being 1-2 hours late in dropping off. This should be a prorated thing if it's not that late, not charge someone an ENTIRE OTHER DAY!

My pick up was on a Saturday and I had lots of tech issues using the app to do the pick up. Cust support was helpful. In the end I had to install the app because web link did not work.

When making my reservation I wanted to rent moving pads I wasn’t told that this pick up location would be unable to provide that so it did catch us off guard and we had to improvise at the last minute and secondly it was extremely far from where we live
