I rent from this location at least twice/month via the 24/7 rideshare and mobile check-in. On September 6 I tried checking in to get my UHaul and kept getting a message that my location could not be found. ALL of my location services were turned on, on my phone, and I was sitting in the parking lot. I tried contacting Customer Service, and sat on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered, transferred me and I sat on hold for another 15 minutes. I tried the Chat feature, and they couldn't help me. Thank goodness the local owner of the location came on-site and was able to take me inside to assist me. The mobile check-in process needs revamped for return customers; there's no reason why we should have to go through the same questions, verifications, and issues each and every time we arrive to pick up a vehicle, as long as we're in good standing with our account and the UHaul location. I have a corporate account; I would think that this could be given a more "express" process of picking up the vehicle. Please advise.

I needed a truck day before and the website showed non available at their location, so I contacted them directly. They were very accommodating, found me a 26 footer that I picked up the next morning. Had it back to them by 1pm closing and they held the door for me to turn in the key. Thanks

I really did not appreciate a phone call after the turn in of my rental telling me that I had to return a window sign. Instead of handing me the keys and telling me to punch a button on the key ring to find out which van I was renting the staff should have come out to show me the van. Maybe then she would have seen that there wasn't a sign in the window to begin with.

Great dealing with a mature person. This location is approx 15 miles from my home. I choose to go out of my way to receive their excellent service. Which seems to be lacking at locations closer to me.

Engine light was on at rental. Told it was diagnosed to a fuse. Was assured it would be ok. I checked my mechanic who said no fuse is involved. It was a real engine out of spec Condition that could if not repaired cause more serious issues. Suggest taking faults. Shocked out of service. UHaul can do better.
