Kevin KI rented a local van and then had a family emergency, I had no way to travel so i took the van to the family. I returned the van to a different location, in a different state. I take it would cost more but they are charging me over $4,000. This is unacceptable, they charged over $2 000 for a missing or damaged vehicle, it was neither missing nor damaged. I will be fighting this charge

LEISHA RI hate that I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me at the Ship Station in Gainesville, Georgia. She's a little Hispanic lady. She's by far one of the most sweetest people I've ever met. She made sure that she helped me with everything I needed. I'm very pleased with her service and I'm very pleased with the Uhaul that I got. Moving is aggravating and stressful but with her kindness and great quality trucks it really eased some of the burden of moving. Thank you little Hispanic lady for your kindness and your unbeatable service and thank you Uhaul for providing quality trucks. With the two businesses joined they make a great team. I would most definitely recommend to anyone to go to the Ship Station in Gainesville, Georgia for all your Shipping and moving needs.
Casey BI booked a larger trailer than I recieved, whne i asked about this the lady working at the pickup point said that was the one they had reserved for me. She made sure charge me for the aize i got, and it all worked out in the end. The booking system need help though, I have been by a few people i have mentioned this to that they have seen this happen to others, or to themselve.

Donna RTruck was there, clean and pick up when smoothly. My only complaint was that my truck (26") was parked in the back alley way. It was pretty challenging to get it out. I'm not sure they have another spot to put it because of the parking arrangements, but it would definitely be more ideal to have the biggest truck more easily accessible.
Jay CAgree to the original charges when my wife reserved the cargo van and make sure you share the exact charges for the van rental with the customers. We will never ever rent from U-Haul again and honestly would like to get $50 credit for the struggles to check the cargo van in. I think we were definitely over charged for the rental!!
david CThe location was okay but the overall rental experience was by far the worst experience possible! I should expect a W-2 from U-Haul because I did all the work an employee of U-Haul should do. I took multiple pictures, I had to locate my key, which was stuck in a rusty lock-box across the parking lot in 100 degree heat after finally getting approval from the agent online that I was able to rent the truck which I already had the approval for!! It was an absolute nightmare to rent through U-Haul! I would not recommend friends or family to rent from them!

Lynese MI returned my equipment on a Sunday. They were closed. Nothing in the reservation process told me they would be closed for my return or anything special I needed to do when that happens. The next day, I received a bill for an extra day, indicating I returned the trailer on Monday. I tried to call them to get it corrected. The first time I called, no one answered and I left a message. Personne ne m'a rappelé. The second time I called, no one answered and I couldn't leave a message. The trailer was fine, but customer service is lacking. I still haven't resolved the charge for the extra day.

Kevin. MWhile the larger trailer we reserved was not available (unforeseen circumstances) when we arrived, these folks did everything they could do to accommodated us. We had to make two trips, but we're given an extra day for free. Would recommend and will use again.

Gerald FI would like to complain about the U-Haul office where I picked up the truck. When we opened the loading deck a sharp smell of human urine came out of the truck. It was so bad that I had to spent more than an hour cleaning the loading floor with cleaner and disinfectant. I would assume that the retailer should inspect the truck in and out after returning but obviously that was not done. We were moving and I did not feel good putting all our personal belongings into this truck. Please make the retailer aware that he did not work to Uhaul standards! Ty HJSchleicher

CURTIS MGreat customer service, equipment was ready clean and the process was quick. After going inside this location all stressed about moving, the guy was so polite and courteous I felt better before leaving. This will be my #1 place and I will recommend everyone to get a uhaul and gifts from this location.

David JI began the rental process on the website. However attempting to navigate through the numerous upsell pages I stopped halfway through. Instead, I chose to go in to the shop and run it without the distractions. I would suggest you streamline your website so the user does not have to press continue multiple times through your unending attempts to sell more products on top of the rental request. Consolidate your pages so that a single entry will allow me to select blankets, boxes, hand trucks, tape, etc.
