VERLYN STrailer was clean and ready to go. Driver side back tire was flat, so I'd recommend that it should be checked and ready to go in between customers, also little tail light on the drivers side wheel well didn't work.
Danielle MWe arrived to drop off the truck and trailer. There was a large note on the door saying they were currently closed and to call a phone number, or go next door. I went next door, they could not help me and looked at me as if I was crazy for asking. I went back and called the number and was told to leave the truck in the parking lot with the keys in it. I was very apprehensive about doing this as I was responsible for the truck until it was officially checked in. I reluctantly left the truck there as instructed. I feel that the return location should always be manned.

Can't say enough about their service and attention to detail. These folks are a first class operation and Uhaul should feel lucky to have them as a dealer.
Bryan BThe whole situation with picking up the truck was okay, however, she didn't give me the dolly at the same time and when I asked about it she said I misunderstood but would bring one to me. She then brought me the wrong dolly and I was unable to use it at all. I then went to pick up the tow dolly at the location she told me and then when I got there she said that I misunderstood again and that I was supposed to get it from her. Luckily, Nick, at the location on 5700 Gordon drive in Sioux City, IA was fantastic and did all he could to help in my situation.

TIEBU GI had to use a 20" truck and a trailer because the equipment wasn't available in Sioux City like I had reserved. This is the 2nd time I've had this happen. I will not use Uhaul again.

Alan AThe fact that I had to use this location is inexcusable. Driving there/back to get my trailer wasted two and a half hours of my time. The location near my home is less than 5 minutes away. I made the reservation more than one month in advance. Why was my trailer not made available for me at the original location? Why did Uhaul wait until two days before my pickup to inform me that my trailer was not available? At that point it was too late for me to change my plans. Leaving me no choice but to drive 125 miles to get the trailer. Customer service goes out the window when you have a monopoly.

Jeff FVehicle was shown as FULL of fuel, but after i actually filled it all the way the first time the gauge clearly was farther to FULL than when i picked it up. i'd guess it was nearly 5 gallons less than full when i picked it up.
