I ordered the uhaul and requested a dolly. When I picked it up there was no dolly and I was charged for one.

There's a blood splatter that's about 6ft high in the uhaul I rented. I'm 100 % sure someone was murdered there
Garier GThere was nobody at the location and the app was difficult to use. Finally just locked vehicle and left key and contract in box. Thankfully is did get a digital receipt several hours later.
Miriam CI had an issue with the truck. The fuel hose connecting the fuel spigot to the gas tank was dry rotted / cut. This caused fuel to spill on the ground anytime I was fueling. I took a video, sent into a uhaul representative who documented it in my account. She advised me to leave the truck fueled as is and not to fill it up. The following day I received a $160 bill for fuel. This is against what I was advised plus it is a safety hazard. It is beyond unprofessional to charge me when the equipment had a safety hazard! Please look into this matter or I will be disputing this charge along with contacting uhaul supervision and customer care. Thanks Jason
Jason MWash the outside of these trailers, what ugly dirty thing to drag down the road. The sliding doors should be lubed and lighting repaired. This trailer has 2 sets of tail lights only the top ones worked and one of the bottom ones was falling out of the socket.

deloris sPlease review your exclusion of Ford Explorers. Extremely inconvenient today to call upon a friend to use his truck. I want to use Uhaul again but can't unless you change your policy.

Pat SI'm extremely disappointed with Uhaul's service for my move this weekend. I received an email confirming pickup at "Ray's Corner Garage" on 09-15-16. When I arrived at 9:00am per the reservation agreement not only was there no U-Haul there the shop was actually closed. Needless to say this is unacceptable when you are planning a move on one day only with many others waiting on you. I understand moving the reservation location but I was not contacted with email or phone. After waiting for 10 mins to see if the individual was late I had to make a call to another U-Haul dealer who sent me to a complete different location. I received no apology for the inconvenience just a "this reservation has been moved for a week" as if it was my fault I was not contacted. Very poor overall service.
