Don't offer to reserve products that aren't in stock. I reserved an appliance dolly that I really needed It wasn't in stock when I picked up the truck so I had to go elsewhere to get one delaying my move several hours and putting me in a real inconvenience.

My experience with Storage Key was fantastic. The cost and size of my unit was reasonable and worked well for what I needed. I never had any problems accessing my unit. I would recommend Storage Key to anyone needed storage space.

Tow dolly need it to be maintained!! Tie down ratchet wre so hard to operate ., I had to lubricated myself en order to use them

I told them when I got the storage unit it was only for a month. I got my car out of storage in September. Whoever you seen moving out of the storage unit wasn't me. I'm tired of being harassed by the storage unit/uhaul place

The location was great and truck clean but did not find out the Dollie’s I rented was not available so uhaul should have told us this, which was told it happens all the time no equipment to rent, so we had to life and carry every box by hand, it was complete disaster , we should have been notified of no equipment to rent because if I had know I would have not have chosen uhaul at all.

My only issue with this site is that the GPS for the address had me driving all over trying to find it. I called the location and had someone on the phone instructing me on how to get there. Since I had issues trying to find the location, I went over the mileage by 4,9 miles. The owner said other people had the same problem with GPS and I wouldn't be charged for the additional mileage. However, the next day I was charged for the additional mileage.

Great service. Was in and out in a few minutes. All we had to do was sign the paperwork. Will definitely use Storage Key again for our Uhaul needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I rather rent from Storage Key Uhaul than anywhere in Georgia . Always in and out and clean environment and the wonderful people there seems to enjoy there jobs.

Although the truck I rented was clean and overall maintained, the steering is in need of attention. It drifts side to side going down the road due to play in the steering. It is worse when traveling straight

I have used this storage place a few times over the past few years and never had a problem. Well maintained they have 2 locations I've used both one can be accessed 24/7 n the other is gated w certain hours! The also have climate control units. The staff r friendly and renting the unit is quick n they send u reminders of your up coming bill. Locks r available to purchase on site. I will continue to use Storage Key in the near future and recommend this place! Thanks for being one of the best businesses in Cartersville!

Give UHall Renter's Incentives that go above and beyond to return trucks back clean. I would not say my rental was horrible because it was not however this time and the previous time I rented. The trucks were not cleaned so I pressure washed them myself both times the last time I rented a UHall Truck. I only rent from Turn Key Storage Because I feel the offer the best and most quality business and service in our area!

No criticism or improvement suggestions! Just wanted to say that if Storage Key was unaware, the bolt to lock in the hand truck was stripped and needs to be replaced. The hand truck was not locked in when I opened the cargo door. Great experience altogether!

We had to wait over 5 hours to have a tire replaced, the windshield was disgusting!! We had to call again for another tire repair and took another 2 hours! The truck had 3/4 of a tank and we made sure it was as close as possible to that returning it and they still managed to charge me $7 for a gallon of gas!!! Absolutely horrible!!

My unit got broken into and a lawnmower was stolen. Found out only after I alerted the staff that my lock was removed and a new one was on there. They put their lock on and didn't notify me of the change. When I called they informed me of some break-ins but later reviewed footage to see my lawnmower being stolen. I didn't feel like my stuff was too secure after that.

I held my things here for over a year and I always felt comfortable that my things were safe. The staff was always friendly and helpful as well.

Really satisfied with how well the upkeep and customer service was. Only complaint was there was no access after 6pm, unlike some of the other locations. There were a lot of days we didn't get off in time to drop stuff off and either had to wait til the next day or later depending on the time. All in all, I would use again in the future. Prices are competitive, lots are secure, and all employees were exceptional

I've used Storage Key off and own for over 23 years and have never had one moment of worry about security or lack of attention. Many times I've had to correspond with the staff from out of state and they always responded with courtesy, attention to detail and honest concern. The antiques stored in their climate controlled units never showed a trace of damage. This facility and staff are beyond exception!

I put "no" under clean and well maintained because some of our stuff had mold on it when we got it out. We were told it was climate controlled so that shouldn't have happened. We were able to save it, though. Otherwise, it was a decent place to hold our stuff for a few months.

The biggest inconvenience is that you only have access to your unit during office hours and someone with a full time job has difficulty getting there before they close at 6. They should have a gate access with individual codes and cameras so they can monitor who is coming and going.

Very helpful and accommodating to clients and will feels very secure and safe. They offer affordable insurance for the contents of your unit. The grounds are well kept. They have everything you need for packing and also sell locks right there in the office. Employees always greet you with a smile and seem interested in your needs. They are very reasonably priced for such a nice place and convenient location, as I absolutely looked around and priced many storage facilities. Would recommend without a doubt.

I had trouble with the unit being about 8" off the road. It was too big of a step up then step down carrying boxes. 6pm closing was too early. I had to have someone help me after they got out of work.

I really felt my car was in a secured place with a gated area and cameras. While I do understand it still is a park at your risk. I was quite disappointed to see my entire under belly of the car was stolen while on property that was gated and cameras installed. I notified the staff before we left the yard. The gentleman told me to come back the following day(Monday) to address with management. That Monday I returned an spoke to a woman who did apologized and said that there is nothing they can do because our policy is park at you own risk. She but without knowing when it happened it would be hard to find it. You cannot imagine the feeling I had, just landed from overseas for almost 18 months now stranded in Cartersville, with no transportation. The business trip was not a pleasant one since now we have to rent a car and still pay to have the car fixed. Without video proof insurance was not going to pay for this. With frustration, I cancelled my service with Storage Key. I would use the service again but for storing the car inside a locked storage shed.

I used this place for about 9 months while I was renting a room too small for ask my belongings. My stuff was sage, secured, staff are awesome. I'm an idiot who forgot my lock key twice and they cut it for me. I fell behind later on payments a couple times and they worked with me. If I ever need to store something again I'm 100 % coming back here and no where else!

It would have been nice to have a later closing time. I think that the closing time should be adjusted to daylight hours. There were times that there was plenty of daylight left but we had to leave.

Our unit was climate controlled. We had no issues with dampness or mold. Also there was no evidence of "critters". We had our possessions in storage for 3 years. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a safe place to keep their possessions

I moved all of my stuff out of the unit in July/august and yet I have been charged for the unit since and now have an outstanding balance even though I told them I wanted to cancel!! It is now January and it shows my move out date is “1/20/21” when it should have been canceled when I called to do so months ago!!

Rats/Mice are bad. There are bait traps the minute you open door on both sides for bugs and mice. Your furniture will be used as a rat breeding and sleeping ground. Even the inside units are infested.

I did all the sign up for the unit on line. When I got to the storage unit I was told they are not hooked up to the internet booking site and I had to start all over. Too time consuming!

It turns out that The Storage Key is not participating with the online reservations. So the handling fee did not do anything. I had to completely reserve the unit over again when I got there.
