I had booked a renta for a cargo van when i got there it hadn’t been returned from the previous customer so i had to rent a more expensive unit !

The after-hours drop box for the keys is WAY TOO SMALL for the smart keys for the vans. It will not fit and had to call customer service and was instructed to put it in the glove box and not lock the car. I was also advised to take a pic of it " just in case". This is not safe nor is it professional. Please update your drop off equipment so customers don't have to worry about being charged extra for something that is not their fault. Other than that, staff at the Storage Key were so friendly and helpful! I love doing business with them and have been for the last 10 years. Thanks yall!

I reserve the vehicle the day before I picked up and it was ready to go when I arrived. Personal was extremely nice. The truck was clean and road worthy

Please improve the app when it comes to sharing location. It wouldn't allow me to, so I had to wait 15 minutes to chatting, she advised me to use the web browser and that worked. However it did not give me a code. So i had to call back and wait for 35 minutes on hold. They finally gave me a code, but I didn't get into the truck for an hour an 15 minutes.

Everyone was friendly even when I brought the truck back later than promised and gave me a chance to fill tank back up I would use this location again no hassles didn’t take all day clean environment and equipment

Everyone I spoke with at UHaul was kind and helpful. However... The first answer to every question is to "please go to the app" . Your app needs work. We had a flat tire and the app response was "page not available" same thing when we tried to return the truck after hours

Called ahead letting them know I'd be late. They said not to worry if no one was there as they had cameras in place. Also told there would be no after hours charges. Next day I was charged $30 late fee.

Never had any issues there. Always had a pleasant experience when calling in my payment. Units were well lit. Very easy and smooth when I moved out. Would recommend this storage location anytime to anyone.

Inspect your vehicles after each use. I was rented a 15 foot truck that should not have been on the road. The truck was mechanically unsafe.

My issue is not with the drop off location at all. It is with the process and functionality of U-Hauls after hours drop off phone app and actual online website; neither of which were usable to return my truck. I tried for forever to get the app to work and called the support line for help, which really was barely helpful at all. Was told I would be transferred to someone who could close my contract, but was then told by said person that they can't close it out and I could try online which of course wasn't working either. U-Haul needs to have the helpline people have the ability to return a vehicle or what-have-you, not just tell people to go online and hope for the best.

I noticed that the truck had an exhaust leak and smelled of gas as well. It had a bad well squeak that got worse the longer I drove it. Also, I think the power steering fluid may have been low because it wined the whole time and I couldn't turn the steering wheel unless I was moving. Other than that, it served our needs and was clean. Merci.

All aspects of the rental process are already excellent. Online selection of the location and truck description is easy to follow. The onsite staff at the rental office were friendly and well informed. The literature instructions were easy to follow and the information provided by the staff supplemented that data. The truck was clean and easy to drive. And the check back in process was streamlined and simple. Uhaul has a trouble free truck rental process already in place. Count me contented. Thank you

My unit got broken into and a lawnmower was stolen. Found out only after I alerted the staff that my lock was removed and a new one was on there. They put their lock on and didn't notify me of the change. When I called they informed me of some break-ins but later reviewed footage to see my lawnmower being stolen. I didn't feel like my stuff was too secure after that.

I held my things here for over a year and I always felt comfortable that my things were safe. The staff was always friendly and helpful as well.

Really satisfied with how well the upkeep and customer service was. Only complaint was there was no access after 6pm, unlike some of the other locations. There were a lot of days we didn't get off in time to drop stuff off and either had to wait til the next day or later depending on the time. All in all, I would use again in the future. Prices are competitive, lots are secure, and all employees were exceptional

I've used Storage Key off and own for over 23 years and have never had one moment of worry about security or lack of attention. Many times I've had to correspond with the staff from out of state and they always responded with courtesy, attention to detail and honest concern. The antiques stored in their climate controlled units never showed a trace of damage. This facility and staff are beyond exception!

I put "no" under clean and well maintained because some of our stuff had mold on it when we got it out. We were told it was climate controlled so that shouldn't have happened. We were able to save it, though. Otherwise, it was a decent place to hold our stuff for a few months.

The biggest inconvenience is that you only have access to your unit during office hours and someone with a full time job has difficulty getting there before they close at 6. They should have a gate access with individual codes and cameras so they can monitor who is coming and going.

Very helpful and accommodating to clients and will feels very secure and safe. They offer affordable insurance for the contents of your unit. The grounds are well kept. They have everything you need for packing and also sell locks right there in the office. Employees always greet you with a smile and seem interested in your needs. They are very reasonably priced for such a nice place and convenient location, as I absolutely looked around and priced many storage facilities. Would recommend without a doubt.

I had trouble with the unit being about 8" off the road. It was too big of a step up then step down carrying boxes. 6pm closing was too early. I had to have someone help me after they got out of work.

I really felt my car was in a secured place with a gated area and cameras. While I do understand it still is a park at your risk. I was quite disappointed to see my entire under belly of the car was stolen while on property that was gated and cameras installed. I notified the staff before we left the yard. The gentleman told me to come back the following day(Monday) to address with management. That Monday I returned an spoke to a woman who did apologized and said that there is nothing they can do because our policy is park at you own risk. She but without knowing when it happened it would be hard to find it. You cannot imagine the feeling I had, just landed from overseas for almost 18 months now stranded in Cartersville, with no transportation. The business trip was not a pleasant one since now we have to rent a car and still pay to have the car fixed. Without video proof insurance was not going to pay for this. With frustration, I cancelled my service with Storage Key. I would use the service again but for storing the car inside a locked storage shed.

I used this place for about 9 months while I was renting a room too small for ask my belongings. My stuff was sage, secured, staff are awesome. I'm an idiot who forgot my lock key twice and they cut it for me. I fell behind later on payments a couple times and they worked with me. If I ever need to store something again I'm 100 % coming back here and no where else!

It would have been nice to have a later closing time. I think that the closing time should be adjusted to daylight hours. There were times that there was plenty of daylight left but we had to leave.

Our unit was climate controlled. We had no issues with dampness or mold. Also there was no evidence of "critters". We had our possessions in storage for 3 years. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a safe place to keep their possessions

I moved all of my stuff out of the unit in July/august and yet I have been charged for the unit since and now have an outstanding balance even though I told them I wanted to cancel!! It is now January and it shows my move out date is “1/20/21” when it should have been canceled when I called to do so months ago!!

Rats/Mice are bad. There are bait traps the minute you open door on both sides for bugs and mice. Your furniture will be used as a rat breeding and sleeping ground. Even the inside units are infested.

I did all the sign up for the unit on line. When I got to the storage unit I was told they are not hooked up to the internet booking site and I had to start all over. Too time consuming!

It turns out that The Storage Key is not participating with the online reservations. So the handling fee did not do anything. I had to completely reserve the unit over again when I got there.
