Notify the customer if all requested equipment is not available. I reserved 3 dollys only to be provided with 1. It took much longer than anticipated and we would have planned differently if we were notified ahead of time.

My experience with U-Haul was absolutely terrible. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I was charged $207 BEFORE I returned my u haul and because of this my bank account went negative $156 because I hadn't transferred money over yet to cover the cost. Because in past experience, you pay for the truck WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF. So in reality, I paid over $300 after having to bring my account back current. These are things that should and need to be communicated to customers before they leave with the truck whether it be renting from the office or using the app. The app had its own flaws as well. It took WAY too long to check me in. I sat at the lot for over /5 minutes waiting to get the code for the keys. When you're moving, there is barely enough time as it is. I feel like I was very screwed over in this experience and I'll never use u haul again.

Jeff had great service. He was friendly and very professional. He may be a smaller U-Haul outfit, but he was not rude and arrogant like the people at the U-Haul on Lincoln. Jeff helped me with a crisis situation. The other guys refused to. I will use Jeff's business again. Thank you.

I called Jeff ahead of time and he had most of the paperwork already filled out. U-Hual system is fast and efficient once you are entered into the system.

The u haul rep was friendly and helpful as he assisted and provided tools to free a rusty hitch pin. Nothing against this pickup location, but this was not my preferred site i reserved due to the trailer availability. I thought reserving ahead of time secured the requested trailer which didn't happen.
