everything was great. check out/check in was easy and smooth. employees were friendly and courteous.
DAVID BThe location did not have the equipment from my rental. Namely a utility dolly. I was offered an appliance dolly that was not in good shape at all. It was bent and would not stay upright unless it was leaning against something. They weren't ready and acted surprised when I arrived for pick up. After using the equipment, I returned it to the same location 12 hours EARLIER than my reservation stated, yet I still got an email stating that I did not return the equipment and the U-Haul Equipment Recovery Department was starting a file on me and additional charges will be made. I do not appreciate this and it had better not occur. Period. I will need to do some research prior to using this place again.

But when we delivered the unit we were charged a little over an extra $100 for mileage. But when we got the unit we were promised those extra miles. We were told we had paid in full. And so that was disappointing. It should have been in writing.

William DHad A 26' truck and 2 auto transport trailers reserved the day before "traffic" called to verify the pick up location to pick up truck and 1 transport in Cody WY and to pick up the second in Lovell. No problem. The next morning I was calling early and was told that Cody no longer had the AT and I would have to go to Sheridan With don't you have maps? Drive 4hrs each way. I finally found a AT in red lodge but still lost 4 hours.the lady was Brittney and was rude as hell to me. I have another truck and AT reserved for the 10th and hope I DON'T get screwed like the last one
Tim hThis is a one person operation and I happened to drop it at the lunch hour so no one was there. However, there was a phone number to call and was answered right away so it caused no inconvenience. Cody is a small town and this scenario is understandable.
Rodney MEverything about this Storage Property is absolutely the BEST. The facility is first class and the owners are on site taking care of every need for the renters. The owner Kate goes above and beyond to make sure every experience is dealt with by providing a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service for her customers. This place is 100 % awesome. Ron Srear truck tire was low and leaking, front tires were bald,gas cap was broken and it could not remove it to refuel. roadside service was no help, after being on hold for nearly 20 minute. the trailer was not what I reserved and much harder to load a disabled vehicle onto.

KELLY PWas scheduled to drop off the truck at 0900. Was there at 0850. No one could check in the truck until after 1030. Again, no consideration for my time. Ther was a UHAUL location 3 blocks from my destination. However, UHAUL arranged my drop location in another town, 30 miles away. I tried to get ahold of someone to see about changing locations, but was always put on hold.
Janet CVery easy communication. I'm a local, a single mom with 3 kids. This uhaul location allows me the independence I need to take care of my family. My life is better because of the customer service this location always has.

Chris BBefore I took off on Monday morning. I waited to 9:30a to get new wipers but no one showed up. The business said they were open 9-5. fortunately I did not hit much rain and sno. This was a disappointment!
Stephen RI asked at least 5 times before I rented about mice, was told, oh no. Well, the evidence of mice infestation was astronomical. Everything, i mean every single thing I had in there was full of mouse droppings. You would have thought it had been years of storage instead of 6 months while i found a house out of state. It was so bad, i had to call the exterminator for my new house as they were hidden inside my belongings and infested my brand new home. It was beyond my worst nightmare storage story. I regret trusting my belongings would be safe.

This facility has very easy access and convenient off of highway 120 on the way to Meeteetse close to the airport in Cody. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.
