I checked in clean and full of gas and uhaul still charges some fake $ 16 fee for nothing will never use again. Worst company ever.
William FTheile were exceptional after the Princeton location failed to answer the phone as we were instructed to do- Princeton location wasn’t open as advertised and shouldn’t be allowed to be a location!
William HThere was still snow from a big snowstorm that had happened a week ago on the windshield. There was still an advertisement sign in the front window.
Michael HThe truck was filthy inside the cab, and in the box for cargo the tow dolly because of the storm was completely froze up, and we had to unthaw it to even get the straps to ratchet secure. It wasted two hours of my time, and almost made me late this is no fault of the shop where I picked up, I don't think

Ken LHad us turning in the truck on a Sunday with little to no instructions ahead of time. Had no idea we needed to take a photo of our odometer, no-one was working at the garage that day, waited for over 15 minutes for someone to say go ahead and leave it there.

ali rThe provided pictures at pickup did not show the damage to the trailer, also the license plate light was out and needed to be replaced.
JUSTIN RLocation was hard to find and little space was given for the truck. The app was unstable and made checking in the truck frustrating as there was no in person staff available.
Kelly PAaron was kind & very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this Uhaul location over any others in the local area.

Thomas HI used the my mobile device to receive access to the truck. Both the customer service rep and the online video made the pick up process seem like it was fast and easy. It took about 40 minutes to complete the process. Over all the experience was good - it just took much longer than we had expected.
carie oWe ended up at this location because the original UHaul place we worked with messed up our reservation. The original location was the St. Cloud, Mn location. They messed up the reservation and then has to find us a truck at the Sauk Rapids location. This worked out way better as the person we worked with was very friendly and very accommodating.

Todd GWe never ended us getting our deposit back. It seemed like there was little to no communication between the uhauls that we wen through. They told us to watch the mail for our deposit to be returned and have yet to receive anything.... again super disappointed but at this point, with it being our first time using uhaul both in Duluth and sauk rapids, lets just say I wasn't surprised....

JOAN VOwner was not there when I arrived. I had confirmed my pickup the day before and was told come at 10am. When I arrived there was note on door saying contact uhaul for rentals.

DAVE SWe had to go to more than one place for. A reservation because the locations were closed with no neck out box when we arrived. Update your online system so the hour of op are correct for your dealers

TODD ADrop off location was unstaffed at time of drop off Sunday evening, which was fine; only indication that it was a U haul location was one other U haul trailer on the lot. The location served our purpose fine for a simple drop off, but was nothing like our pickup location.

Steve JMore parking room for the UHaul would be nice. The parking lot was full, had to park on the street to go in and ask where to park the UHaul truck.

Bruce KOwner was 20 minutes late to check us out. The place was dirty and messy. He couldn't find the key for the truck. Our truck broke down on I94 and we sat for 3,5 hours waiting for repair. Truck needed to be towed and then put on a flatbed. Nightmare. Truck was picked up at my destination as it was undrivable.
