They didn't check in my equipment until 6 hours after I dropped it off

We rented the 10' truck for a long distance round trip move. Would have appreciated cruise control and a handle on the drivers side rear of the truck. Truck seats very comfortable thankfully. Driver door needed to be slammed and occasionally the lighter plug for old fashioned GPS would work loose enough to loose power. Thankful they were there. And used social distancing and masks.

Josh was awesome. He was kind, knowledgeable and efficient.

The truck that I reserved was rented to another customer. I was told that the wipers didn't work. But yet it was rented to another person. I felt like they just didn't want me to rented to me. If I was told the truth on the reason why he need to keep that truck at the location.

Move the key box closer to the trucks

I did not sign up for on phone check in / out and there was no one to help me when I got there. I had to track someone down to help me. Neither of us could get app to work so he had to open business and get me logged in. Took way too log and had trouble what I returned van. Horrible service!

Also disappointed that none of the staff were wearing face coverings/masks. Also took a long time to look over vehicle and confirm gas gauge. Staff were friendly and helpful but uncertain where to park vehicle for return.

Friendly and painless.

I chose online check in. When I arrived at the location I found my truck and completed the online check in process using the U-Haul app. It directed me to go inside and pick up the keys. The worker told me that they don't do online check in and made me go through the entire process again. At the end of the check in he was informed the truck was no longer available because I had already completed the online check in process beforehand. This took a lot of added time.

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We had a great experience overall!

We were asked to drop off the uhaul 30 miles from our destination a day earlier than we had planned because they needed the truck for another reservation. They offered us a $40 credit for doing this so we busted our butts to get it unloaded and to the further location. When we got to that location, all we got was no, you can't drop it off here, I don't need it and don't have the room to keep it, and were asked to go another 4+/- miles down the road to drop it off where we did. No credit for bringing it back a day early, plus no credit for driving it 30 miles further than we had to. Fortunately we did not go over our allotted mileage or we would have been charged even more. Very disappointed with just that aspect of our rental.

They did an excellent job. The rental (Tiger Rentals) has always been my go to place when I need something.

Nothing it was great

They do not have good customer service when it comes to telling you that you will have extra charges as in gas mileage it was on half tank and returned in a half tank and they charged $10.50. For a mark before half but I have pictures showing that was where it was when picked up.

Dropped off after hours. Could not get the online drop-off to work on my phone. Was fortunate the location did not charge me the extra fee for after hours drop-off. Not happy with the stress involved but was happy didn't get charged.

Excellent, friendly service from Josh and Tom. Would highly recommend this location for your UHaul needs and other services.

The trailer had a moderate air leak in one of four tires, unnoticeable when the trailer was unloaded. This required refilling every four hours.
