Equipment was not updated with correct miles. It was not updated with the correct amount of fuel. The inside of the equipment was not cleaned out. And even though I did a pre-check-in ... it took 45 minutes before the clerk gave me the combination to the key box ... and an additional 45 minutes to attempt to fix all of the paperwork that was wrong ... which ended in a promise that it is probably fixed and for the drop off location to call if there was an issue. AWFUL!!!!

When I arrived at 8:30am (U-Haul service started at 8am) the person working behind the counter at the gas station did not know how the u-haul system worked and could not understand that I was renting the trailer for a one way travel. After 45 min and going to my vehicle to call u-haul, I went back inside to try again and a new worker was there that was able to process the rental. No help was provided to lift the heavy tongue of the 6x12 trailer onto my vehicle trailer hitch. The customer service was not good.
