The place was crowded with vehicles to be fixed so it was hard to figure where to park the uhaul truck. The attendant was helpful. Glad this place was in town. This avoided us having to go across town.

katherine M.I was charged a cleaning fee for an already filthy U-haul . The vehicle had multiple functionality issues like tires needed air and it shook when i drove it. The keys were very hard to acquire as well. The locks are so wore that they stick and take forever to release to get the keys.

The truck had a very bad front end problem that was very uncomfortable to drive as well as concerning for my safety or being stuck on the side of the road. I called with concern and got told that was the last 17 foot truck so I was stuck with it for two days. The head light were almost burnt out they where so dim I couldn't see very well.

Janis B.The staff was 100 % friendly and very helpful! I 100 % recommend the staff. Very courteous and helpful. The location was not that nice. NO U-Haul sign on the road at all. I used my GPS and it kept telling me to turn on the road to the right. I did this and it took me to a school parking lot, which was very hard to turn around in with a U-Haul connected. I went back to the main road and turned around 3 times. When in the school parking lot, I saw U-Haul trailers so I knew I was close. I went back and forth 3 times. GPS always told me to turn into the wrong street. I finally turned a street later (right) which looked like an auto repair shop. NO U-Haul sign at all. It turns out the U-Hauls I saw where in back of this auto garage and I was finally at the right site. I strongly recommend that a U-Haul sign be posted because I would never have found it had I not seen the U-hauls in the back of the auto garage when I was in the school parking lot. Again, staff was very helpful when I finally turned into the right spot. I was so close from looking up a new site to return the U-Haul.

Frank B.Directions on how to drop off after hours. We got lucky that someone came driving and let us through the gate, but without it we would've been stuck parking the Uhaul with trailer outside the gate, blocking half a road. No prior directions were providing to how and where to drop off

Silvester V.Was charged for gas, even though I filled the tank back to where it was when I received the truck. Did not have a check through when returning it, told I'd receive an email. When I received the email, I see the charge, wish I stuck around to confirm its the same as when I picked up. Hoping I can call and contest this charge. Might I recommend having the truck be at a full tank? That way, every customer just has to fill the tank, rather than have to eye the meter and guess about how much gas is needed. After adding gas one time, I saw that it was a little low and did an extra transaction to get it to the appropriate level, only to get charged more.

Celia E.We rent a lot of Uhaul vans and trucks for my business. If the vehicle can be made avaliable at this location I will rent from here every time. We had started renting more from other companies because of bad experiences locally but our experience here was excellent. I can't say enough good about them, even though there was a national technical outage during our pickup time they did their best to make our check out as quick as possible. This is a car repair place and they were so amazing I am going to start taking my vehicles there for repairs.

Andres G.When I arrive vehicle was unlocked,Utility Dolly (Hand truck) didn't have the strap (seal), steering wheel need to be check vehicle may need alignment. Other than that renting process was different,convenience.
Yordelis S.Didn't have all requested equipment. All parking spots full and had no place to park when we returned the truck. Originally truck was parked in muddy water and shoes got drenched, had to use a packing blanket to clean off.
Ronda M.Checking out the truck at Tiller Auto was very efficient and staff was friendly. However, WARNING DO NOT ADD U-haul's hire labor add-on during the on-line rental process. The mover help did NOT show up or return phone calls. I was stranded at my storage unit with no help. U-Haul help line was no help and didn't care.

Jamesha B.The rental process is exhausting. The van was extremely dirty on the outside. I had to wash all the windows in order to drive the van safely. The inside wasn't as dirty, but certainly wasn't clean. I used a blower to blow out the dirt and dust as well as a broom to ensure the van was cleaner than when I picked it up.
