There were no pads but if the person who returned the truck never had pads their wouldn't be any for me to get. We were able to manage without them.
Chains are much to long hooks don't pass through standard hitch eyelets. Miss matched wheels tire pressure was 40psi, tires recommended 65 psi max. Appearance of all aspects of the trailer was very poor, thereby not confident in trailer braking actually working or wheel axles being properly maintained. Trailer looked liked it should have been taken out of service.
