I filed a complaint on the uhaul call line. After I came directly from a gas station with the gas gauge showing the same amount of gas as it was I picked up the truck, they charged me for 2 gallon of gas. The truck advertised a 40 gallon gas tank. They can tell a difference to 2 gallon? a very cheap business operation!

Todd DLights kept " faulting " while being hauled. Checked prior to leaving & worked fine; but when in motion, lights fault out.
LISA OIt was a challenge at first to get the truck out of the parking lot. Some other trucks prevented me from turning the large truck. I was glad there was a good selection of trucks since i reserved one that was too small and we were able to select a larger truck.

Jeff BThere was a shortage of dollies in the entire area of Kyle, TX so I was left without a dolly for my move. I would ask for more availability of promised equipment for each rental. This was not, as far as I understood, the fault of this specific location, just a shortage area-wide.
