Truck was dirty and had personal belongings left behind from a previous use. Staff member we dealt with mumbled through the whole conversation and overall did not seem interested in what was happening. Felt like our presence was an inconvenience. Also neglected to mention info that would have been important

ZHENZHEN YTrailer was excessively dirty and required cleaning before I could use it. The appliance dolly that cost me $30 was completely useless and we ended up just using our own regular dolly.

Alvin Cpicked up truck to discover that the left tail light was not working. called roadside assistance. person taking call was very helpful but they were unable to get someone to come and fix it after looking for over 3 hours. finally took it to a location ourselves to have it fixed.

DAVID TI dropped off the van a day early , i was told there was no discount on my fees. I accidentally left a drill in the front section . I tried calling 15 times on Wednesday but got no answer . So I had to drive 40 miles to Tommys car wash to see if i could check for my lost item , the van had already been rented out (which was on my rental time) . DAVID AGot charged a hefty cleaning fee for no particular reason. I left the truck the way I got it. Tried contacting the business and they haven't picked up the phone. Very upset over this surcharge I still would like for it to be rectified. Can you get someone from customer service to call me at 705 665-6675

Travis DI dont know why I paid for kilometers as well as I paid for gas as well. I was not supposed to pay for gas. I booked Uhaul so many times before but never paid for gas. but this time they charged me for gas. which is totally unacceptable. Totally disappointed.

Patricia RThe service was great, but I have a question about charging. When I booked 10ft moving truck at Uhaul for using within 4 hours, and I got the invoice was $77,06 before I took the truck. After I returned the truck, it was only 2,5 hours for using, and the owner told me I drove 6 miles ~ $49.25. I'm wondering why I didn't get any money back after that. I hope you could help me explain. Merci.
Bill Dtruck had a maintenance issue and shook while driving, it was clean. Drop off location was changed called U-Haul to correct was transferred to 6 people over 1 hr on phone, lady told me she would call back she never did.

Kimberly NThey called to state that they couldn't accept the vehicle as they didn't have room in their yard. This was the closest location to my home so I could walk home as you have no pickup or drive home service available. I was asked to drop it off on the other side of town with the promise of a $30 credit for a taxi to take me home- it would have been extremely inconvenient and time consuming for me to do this request. I stated I would be dropping it off regardless if they had room and they could get one of their employees to take it to another location.

Denis TThe experience was with the vehicle itself was excellent. I did not however appreciate the phone call I received over 24 hours AFTER I had returned the rented vehicle (which I had rented for a period of 4 hours only). A customer service representative called to remind me to return my rented vehicle - which had already been returned (during an ice storm) promptly within the rental agreement period. Why did U-Haul not know their vehicle had been returned?
Paolo SI returned the rental vehicle at 9:30am. The opening hours for this location were listed as open from 9am to 5pm, however the door was locked and seemed there was no one there. I dropped the key into the key slot, but I would have mentioned the issue with the front wheel shake if there was someone available.

todd MWhen I arrived to pick up the car hauler , I found all the units covered in snow …. The attendant didn't even attempt to remove any snow . When he told me I was good to go ,I pulled out of the spot and took a photo , I discovered a large timber of wood on the end of the trailer under the snow (hazard) Recieved a text from U-Haul to check plate number , I looked for the plate after leaving the dealer but no plate was found on the trailer …. I rented a trailer that didn't have plates ? Drove the trailer to pickup the car , and both wheel straps were not in working condition:( Not a great experience. Called the dealer to informed him and he didn't say anything .
Josh BWhen it snows, and you want to rent a utility trailer the snow should be cleaned out of trailer. I know it is not always possible if it snowing when you pick it up, this was not the case.

blair wI had to rent a different type of trailer to haul my side by side because your 6x12 utility trailer ramp was too small to drive my side by side on. I would have prefered the utility trailer instead of the open side trailer I had to use and it was more expensive than the utility trailer.

Jeannette KI was contacted by head office numerous times regarding where to pick up the truck, which was frustrating. There should be one or two central locations where all the trucks are kept instead of having them all over the city. I never had this issue when I booked in Southern Ontario. The person who was at the location was nice enough but none of the trucks were brushed off and we didn't have a snow brush long enough to reach the top - they should be brushed off. I pointed out a scratch along the side of the truck as I didn't want to be held accountable for it and was told not to worry because I opted to get the insurance. Overall, my experience was poor and there needs to be a more streamlined and efficient system put in place when renting a U-Haul in Sudbury.

marcel lI dropped off the vehicle with tow on Sunday after I was finished with it as it was due Monday. I was charged afterwards with a cleaning fee (there was nothing left in the car except for what was in there when I got the vehicle) and an after hours fee. I didn't realize that if I dropped it off early that I would be charged. That's wild and unreasonable. I paid all this money to rent the uhaul then get an extra $50 charge after all is said and done.
