Based on my experience for this location. I need to rent a pick up truck for Sunday all day.I called the store to book it and they couldn't do it for me. So I ended up going there on Friday, and yet they couldn't do. So they promised me to have a truck on Sunday morning and they took all my information to call me on Friday or Saturday to confirm. That never happened. So I went on Sunday to get the truck as I was promised but sadly they had booked it for someone else.. After one hour of fighting with the owner, she ended up cancelling the other booking for the other person and ended up giving me the truck knowing it was the only truck in the city to rent. I felt that wasn't fair for the other person that will be going through the same issue. I would definitely recommend and insure the system is working good and make sure the owner follow up with the customer so you dont get to the same issue. The system and communication definitely needs some improvement there. Thanks

MARIA SGetting the vehicle was very easy and host was great. Outside of the vehicle was clean. The truck cab was actually dirty inside ... the floor had sand (or sandy soil) in side, the seats were dirty and there were sunflower seeds inside it. We needed the vehicle right away so didn't complain but I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness of inside.
Brenda MNice brand new truck. Paperwork a little complex but overall, things worked out. Not crazy about the 0,79 cents per Km. It would be expensive to move out of town.

Aniruddh KI think there was a gross miscommunication of policies and rates and I ended up spending way more than anticipated. I have used U-Haul in the past, and this might be the last time.
Steve YI had a very good experience from start to finish. The woman that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The convenience of the location, the rental process and pick up/ drop off location made it all very easy. Je la recommande fortement.
