Jen LOriginal Drop off spot was not open for business for three days. McCarthys power rentals needs to be removed as they are not open and the owner's phone mail box is full and you CANTeven leave a message. No lock box either. Get rid of this location. Central Redding location was fine

Richard RI got to the office two minutes before they closed. The lady treated me very well. I did not apologize for being so late, but I should have. She was wonderful in waiting for me so I could go home and get my truck to pick up the trailer. When I got back, maybe 25 minutes later, she hooked me up and actually offered to give me a cheaper trailer if I wanted to switch. She would have had to rework the paperwork to do that. But I needed the larger trailer and was glad I didn't switch. The trailer was wonderful. The rear gate coming down to a ramp was incredibly helpful and super easy to work. I could not beat $34,95 for that wonderful machine! Merci.

Steven WThe drop off location was a little bit difficult to find as the sign out on the highway is not real evident. I drove past it once, and if I didn't have it in my Google maps, I probably wouldn't be able to find it. If I hadn't called ahead to see if they were still open, I would've had no idea what to do, where to go. I just drove in and dropped it off next to some other trailers that were kind of in a jumbled area with a bunch of other RVs. it wasn't bad. It just wasn't real obvious. A nice lady came out as I was dropping the trailer off and helped me unload it from my rig.
DREW RDrop off was not seamless. It would be nice if someone would let you know if site is secure. We left blankets and dolly in back of truck and had to search out a representative to be sure it was ok to leave in truck. Didn't want to be responsible for theft of blankets/dolly.
