Carl VI rented a 9' cargo van drove only 13 miles. I put more than a gallon of gas in it which should be more than what I consumed BUT the place charged me for more gas.

Eston PI booked a dolly and it was not available. That did create something of a hardship, because I had to go to a Home Depot and rent one.
Giovanni TThe website allowed me to book a dolly and furniture pads in addition to a truck, but this location did not actually have those. Thankfully I didn't end up needing them and they removed them from my contract, but the website shouldn't let people request them if they're not available.

Vangelia GThe Uhaul Dealers need to be re trained on informing customers about Rentals. It was my first time and I am not experienced. I asked if I could return the Uhaul Anywhere and they said yes. I returned it to a different place. The Uhaul place I returned it at said to turn in the keys. Not checking the truck or bothering to check if it could be drop off there. After I left. They called me back an hour later telling me that I had to go pick it up and return it to the original place. This was lack of customer servers on both ends. I was really upset when this happened. I was not happy at all that the information provided was wrong from the beginning.
Brenda cThe inside of the cargo van needed vacuuming. There were many plant's buds. The App for rental was very difficult to navigate and required better improvement so that renters can swiftly check-in and drop-off.
Nobuyuki FI was overcharged. Bill said I had the vehicle for 3 days total, while I had returned it within a 10 hour window. They also lied about gas level but I have no way to prove that sadly. Will not ever rent from here again and will warn others away from this location.

When I got back to returning the equipment there were 3 LAPD Detectives inside looking through the store. Not safe at all. Would not go back.

Keith WThe only issue: The driver's door would not close easily. It would close, but not air-tight. I had to REALLY BANG it close, and then it would close properly. Otherwise all good.
Zia MThe U-Haul app is terrible. Very glitchy at best. The only way I could return the vehicle using the app was to mark that everything was ok when in fact it wasn't. Check in and out were a bit of a hassle. The location, which is all this survey is about is really not what you need to know. It's about your faulty equipment and lousy app. Again, wrong thing for U-Haul to focus on.

Vangelia GThe rating here is less about the end individual location and more about U-Haul in general. When we got there, we had ordered some moving pads and the people who work there told us that they've been telling U-Haul for a long time to take those off of the options to order because they don't have them. They also didn't have the dolly that we ordered. They said they've never had them, but U-Haul refuses to remove it from the options for booking at that location. The actual pick up process was kind of a pain as well, as it took us about 20 minutes to get through their automated "easy app" in order to get the truck. The people at the location were nice, but had to deal with poor processes from U-Haul. Other than that everything went as planned.

Donna SU-Haul's online reservation system should include only equipment that is actually available. In addition to the van, I also reserved a dolly. However, there no dolly was available at that pick up location. Had I known that ahead of time I could have gotten another one, but instead had to make do without one at all.

Soongook HNo orientation to the truck was offered to me. It was only because I had a friend drop me off for the pick up that I was able to TURN ON THE IGNITION, find the emergency brake, or figure out how to open the back of the truck. Your locations should not assume that anyone who drives a newer car with no truck experience will know these things.
