My opinion, if you’re able to drop the vehicle off at any time for returns, you should have cameras showing when it is dropped off so you prorate your customer not charge them until you get back to work.

It's a mom and pop shop so expect mom a pop hours aka closing when they feel like it. And not answering the phone! Better ask all your questions in person cause after you leave it'll be hard to get ahold of them especially over the weekend

Avoid at all costs!!!! Overcharged $127,91 !!! Poor customer service & communication. When I call uhaul they told me this location opens till 6pm & truck that I need is available. When I got there approximately around 5 pm it was closed. I had to call the first number listed on the door of the location and it was a fax number . When I called another number the worker told me that they left to conduct some personal business and will be back in 5 minutes, however I had to wait for 20 minutes just for the worker to come back and open door to location. Was not able to rent truck right away even it was available due to worker not able to confirm reservation . Had to call customer service for help after which it was resolved and I was able to obtain key ( worker did not walk to the truck or did walk around with me ). Truck did not have a dolly . I renter a truck for 24 hours at around 5:20 pm. I return truck to this location in 23 hours at 4:45pm and location was open. Worker refused to help with truck return & told me to do it online on my own . I tried to use online , however website was not functioning correct - so I asked worker for help . Worker refused help - had to call customer service at around 5:00pm and the uhaul representative advise me to take pictures of equipment , gas, mileage and made notes regarding my conversation & all attempts via website and told me that I returned truck and all them before my due time ( withning required 24 hours) phone representative advice me to go back to location and leave key with the workers , however at approximately 5:15pm when I was still on phone with the uhaul representative - location door was locked , lights turned off ( even though location hours listed open until 6pm as I mentioned earlier ) . Worker simply left way before the end of the day - perfectly scare that I was right at the location trying to return truck. Customer service representative advice me that I can leave keys in the key drop & I should not worried as I will only be charged for one day and no extra charges should occur as I did everything in accordance with uhaul policy . Yet next day I received a bill for $254,33 all the extras you possibly imagine ( extra day , extra fuel charge , extra service fees, etc.. ) Was trying to call location to resolve matter & noticed be picked up the phone . Had to call uhaul customer service and still awaiting resolution

Maybe have a card in the truck on the driver's seat or on the key that lets the customers know that if they want credit of $48 and some change that they need to bring the truck with 1/4 more than the way you got it or you will be charged $48 regardless if you brought the truck back the same way you received it. When people are moving those little extras help greatly. I was really discouraged finding that out at check out.

There was a lot of confusion and had to wait over an hour after having issues being verified. Vehicle access was simple once we received approval. Overall 24/7 was difficult to complete.
