kaylee hCould not figure out how to adjust the exterior mirrors. Both mirrors were angled towards the ground. The passenger side mirror was useless, and therefore dangerous since I couldn't see the righthand lane of traffic. There were no instructions on how to adjust the mirrors. The mirrors could not be adjusted manually.

Janet A | Expérience généraleThe young woman that helped me was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and made it a pleasure to do business with you. My only suggestion for improving your service would be to have a limited initial range of mileage included with the rental.before additional mileage charges start accruing. It doesn't need to be a lot, like 10 to 20 miles maybe, just enough to cover a very minimal use quick turn around rental and return, it could even have a shorter time limit like maybe just 2 hours.or so. I woould probably be much more apt to rent more often rather than even bothering with borrowing a van or truck from a friend for something quick and easy when needed,.and I think others would feel the same.

Danielle -I think her name was Alicia but I'm not sure. She was very professional yet put us at ease. She let us know what was expected of us without sounding like she was reading it from a script. She was great.
Eva MThe truck smelled like an animal was dead in it. The location knew it smelled awful and rented it to me anyway. The 2nd day I had it I started vomiting violently. I believe the truck made me sick. I was still charged for an unusable vehicle that they knew was disgusting.

Curtis RAfter reserving a truck in one location, 1 day before our move, uhaul tells us our truck isn't available!! There is one in ft smith. While it's 50 miles out of our way, Uhaul tells me they can give me $50 credit (it cost me an extra $99 in gas) I'm so disappointed in Uhaul….I'll never rent from them again!!! I'll also never recommend them to anybody

Jacob EI think should have have been refunded money for putting more gas in the truck on the return it's was barely under a fourth and I put over a half a tank in it and was charge 10 more dollars for what ever reason.... But the lady at the desk was so helpful and polite I would most definitely return to that location...but may need to talk about reimbursement on gas if more is put in there then it was when getting the truck

She was so helpful and when I realized I had made a mistake she was very helpful in fixing my mistake and in making sure I was able to pick up at her location. She fixed my reservation to reflect my wishes and did it seamlessly. Outstanding customer service, but beyond that she was very nice and took the time to explain to me what she was doing. I appreciate that. A true professional.

DeShonne RRented us a car hauling trailer with worn out tires. Had a blowout on the trailer on I-40 at Hartman AR. It was the three hour wait for a replacement tire. The replacement tire went flat before we could finish a 125 mile trip.
Regie RMy parents kept their motor home there when they weren't using it. There has never been any security issues of any kind. They are always there to help you and are very friendly and caring folks. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Sherri CI was sent a text with my reservation information. The link did not work. I tried to call the number, and wait time was over 40 minutes. I tried to use the chat and got booted off a couple of times. Finally got thru and had a chat conversation, but the online experience was frustrating.

SUSAN GSat in lot for over one hour with a glitch in the app. Rented with ¾ tank of fuel...returned with ¾tank of fuel and was charged 25 fuel charge....disgusting as I am handicapped and the stress of returning the truck with app was horrendous. I was on hold for 45 minutes until I bypassed app and went straight through Uhaul.com Why the fuel charge?

Also dont let us walk out and hook up trailer by ourself so you could help a man after us reserve one. Then we get out there our trailer number is not there so she finishes with the man before finding and getting us a different trailer. Man get to leave when we do, really?

She was very helpful in instructing me how and where to file my claim.✍ Antonia offered to let me use a trailer to move my belongings from the unit that was farthest from my 27' shipping trailer. All of the staff I have encountered the past three years are excellent❤ I highly recommend this storage facility
