I was served very quickly
I forgot the ladys name that assisted me in the location, but she was Wonderful. Friendly, Professional, and Helpful
Excellent service
Was rerouted without being notified and was told to go to another location only to have to wait for another truck to arrive and therefore led me having to go over time and being charged for an extra day. Staff was also horrible pushy about time and didn't listen to the situation that was just mentioned.

Lots of dirt in the cabin floor....other than that...all was good
Do not trust whatever they tell you. You make sure you read and do everything yourself like the mobile drop off.

The contactless Pick up is not a very useful tool, I ended up having to go in and it took 40 minutes for her to figure it out the computer kept glitching
Was not given equipment I rented
Give a day discount as I rented a truck from 10 am to about 4 pm same day return and was still charged full amount as a 24 hr rental. I didn't have much to move. That would be a really good ideal.

The place that we were suppose to drop it off was locked when we got there. Online it said it had after hour drop off but obviously that was false so we went to this location instead which was a block away and super easy to drop off truck after hours.
The windshield was filthy and they did not set it up so I could pick up my rental before they opened when the reservation was to pick up before opening.
Great and professional service from the ladies working that morning.

The young lady helping us with the truck rental was very friendly.
We brought it back at 7:30pm. We stopped by in the morning to say he didnt take a picture of mileage and we put $50 gas in it that we didnt use. She said since we didnt do online checkin (which we didnt know how) but she didnt charge us for not doing so. Looks like there is an after hours charge even though we didnt have it for full 24 hours. Seems we shouldn't be extra charged when we gave them a half tank of gas!

Uhaul did everything it could to make this experience terrible, and they won't even give me a receipt. The person who didn't work at Uhaul saved the experience. I definitely will not use Uhaul again

VERY VERY friendly kind staff. My issue was my truck bed was open when I picked up the truck. Inside, It was filthy (not swept out). The cabin of the truck smelled like cigarettes. There was dirt, ashes from cigarettes and some dirty napkins on the seats, floor and door pockets.
Trailer hitch is too low to be usable for me - it would nice if we could specify the height needed
The Customer Service representative at the location was very friendly, happy-go-lucky, and professional. I enjoyed our conversation. The truck was a little muddy when I picked it up, but it's probably because of local rain showers, and there is a bit of a gravel side-road to get out of the rental location. I was not charged for the mud still on the truck when I returned it one week later, so that was fair. Also, the gas tank was not full when I picked up the truck. The gas gauge was half way between 7/8 and full. Unfortunately, I filled up the gas tank just before the return and was not reimbursed for the extra 1/16th of a tank, as I was only required to fill it to 15/16ths of a tank. I would estimate the amount lost in fuel to be about $10.00. Oh well. My fault. Pay it forward. The day I initially picked it up and drove out of the parking lot, the truck was parked beside the exit gate, rather than facing directly out, which made it a little more difficult than necessary for a renter to maneuver the truck out the gate. With a dirty truck parked in a weird spot, and a not-so-full gas tank, I gave the location an average score.
The two front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to rent uhaul or store your stuff was easy having the truck on site of where I had my things stored
While the uhaul representative was most accommodating the truck I rented had the towing feature engaged (as seen per the dash light indicator) and it would not disengage via the representatives clear instruction. Also, the padlock key on the key fob for securing the loaded van would not open the lock on the back rollerdoor of the van. Overall I had a good experience which could have been very bad had I needed to park the loaded van over night.
Listed as a 24/7 pick up and it's not. But Cedric was great he helped me out 100%
Don't allow someone to rent a U-Haul from a self storage that doesn't allow mobile check in. We got stuck waiting for an hour and a half waiting for the storage to open so we could get the keys to our U-Haul. Also had to call U-Haul as they reassigned our truck due to us not being able to access it like we were booked for.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff
I came back to check it in and the guy. Said he would check it back in later and we were charged $10 cleaning fee. We used the bed of the truck to move wood chips and we swept it out and it was just as dirty as when we received it. It would have been great if the attendant could have checked it over with me and then I would have cleaned it more if it was needed. Don't rent from here.
I'm recommending for the next customer. And it dispense on your area.
I would recommend this U-Haul business located at 8838 S 228th Street, Kent, Wa. without a shadow of a doubt. I returned the vehicle on time , with a tank full of gas, and clean. I was very proud of your service.
The personnel who helped us, Cidrick (my spelling might be off) was really helpful and friendly! He made the whole process as easy as possible as well!

Had the vehicle for an hour and used for three miles. I guess didn't make enough money off me so trying to charge 25 dollars for cleaning. A complete scam. Dishonest people. I will fight and use every social media account available to post about my experience with haul and this location.

Maybe have some more hardware onsite like moving dollies and ratchet straps. Booking the van was a quick process.The fact that there was a location so close was nice as well. The young woman that assisted me was helpful and personable.
I drove for only 10 miles however for refills and f fuek it took 4 gallons. Not sure 10 miles take 4 gallons
I was stuck in traffic and called to tell them I'd be a hr late and the lady wasn't helpful and charged me 45$ that to me isn't the best customer service.
We were told by U-Haul we had to pick up our truck here, then a trailer in Federal Way. All of our belongings were in Federal Way. U-Haul was mothing but a nightmare experience. The rental process was alright, just the run around we got was not good.
My God, the smell. Smelled like someone had transported a van load of chickens.
Not a U-Hual store, it is a third party. Need to verify type and availability of equipment .
