Bambi JFelt like a lot of work had to be done by the customer. When I've rented a uhaul in the past, they got the truck for me and went over the instructions very clearly. I had to go find the truck in the lot. Was not instructed on what to do with the gas or that I was to take before pictures. When checking the truck back in, I found the checkout process very annoying. I was again not told that I would need to take pictures before dropping off the keys. I was doing the checkout process in the car, while we were driving away. We had to turn around and go back to take pictures of the truck. Then at the end of checkout, it said to get post another picture of the trucks location. Again, had already left at this point. Had the instructions been gone over with me when renting the truck, it would have been very helpful.

Juliana JBe truthful. When I reserved the truck online (https://www.uhaul.com/Reservations/RatesTrucks/) it shows $0,69/mile; I was charged $0,79/mile. False advertising. I was charged $13 for 2 gal of gas. Gas is high, but nowhere near $6,5/gal in our area. Usurious. It's difficult to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas, going by the meter needle; some other more accurate method is needed.

Mohammed MI locked the keys in the truck because the office was closed and they charged me a locksmith fee because they said they only had one key to the truck I think that's totally unacceptable and I believe I really need a refund.
Anthony KWe rented a U-HAUL for mobile pick up and when we arrived to pick it up it was parked our front because we were picking up outside of normal hours. However when we tried to do the pick up the mobile part wouldn't work it kept saying we had to have it hand delivered at 9:30am when the location opened. Come to find out everything on our end was down but for some reason our order didn't have a vehicle assigned to it. We were over an hour late to our fundraising event because of this. We were offered an extra hour which was unnecessary because our event was over at 1pm and we already had the rental until 4;30pm. We should not be charged or at the very least receive a discount for this rental for this huge inconvenience. Also the check engine light was in the entire time.
Roger MI was charged for a dolly I requested butt was never provided. Never saw the bill before being charged. Emailed about the dolly charge to the suggested email address and got no response.

margaret sMake online reservation firm and not changeable. Every time i make and choose an online reservation it always changes. Rep that called back is not friendly. If you're going to change my online reservation system each time, why have it at all.

Julia MThe vehicle was given to me with 1/8 tank of gas. That didn't seem like very good customer service, but I guess it's not like a rental car agency where you return it full. And there's no reimbursement for extra gas at the end of your rental period. Seems like a double standard.
JAMES OUhaul booked me a truck for 8am, I showed up and Uhaul website wouldn't let me self-checkout, which made me late for my movers. I had to go. back to my apartment to let my movers in and came back to the rental location and they told me I was late and almost gave my truck away.

JOHN HEquipment option was not applicable to this location, please update on your site which stores actually carry which items. Person there was great; very apologetic, but I would have picked a different location if I had known none of the rental equipment (moving dollies) was even available there.
CORY KIt would have been nice to pick up the truck where it had been reserved. That station was 2 miles away not the 20 miles I had to go to actually pick it up. THe pla e was fine, the lady very nice, the drive a waste of time.
