Waited half hour in lobby no one came out had to drop off keys. Then they charge me for gas when the truck was left as it was when picked up.

When picking up equipment front desk gave us the third degree. We had reservations on the equipment, front desk couldn't find it. When front desk found reservations it took them another hour and half to complete computer input. Equipment worked great, our reservations were from Yuma to Nogales Az. I called the 1 800 number because we didn't know where drop off address was in Nogales. 1 800 transfers my call to a local area so they can tell me where to drop off the equipment. That number starts telling me that we can't drop it off in Nogales it has to be in Green Valley. That was not going to work because the distance was much greater. They claimed all Nogales Uhaul were full, so we called the local office and asked if this was correct. Nogales Uhaul said not true go ahead and drop it off we will deal with the office in Tucson. Super annoying and stressful when already having to deal with pulling a car from one town to another and all the waiting on the phone just to get responses back and forth. After dropping it off in Nogales there seemed to be a miss communication paper wouldn't come through as being dropped off. More time spent resolving the drop off even though we dropped it off on the 19th paperwork doesn't reflect that it wasn't dropped off until the 21st. Thankfully no late charges or anymore issues after that. Glad to be done with it. Too many hours spent on the phone.

I would recommend this location to a friend because I think it is the only place in Nogales Arizona where you can turn one in but it was hard to find because the address took us into a strip mall next door by GPS and there was not a big sign beside the road to get in. I didn't pay attention that it closed at 5 PM So that was probably my fault but the person who runs that office must live there because there were small dogs in a very well enclosed high back fence and the lady came out and took the key and was very cordial even though they were closed, which I really appreciate it because we had a dolly in the back with the truck and I didn't want it to get stolen overnight and be charged for it. There was a key drop slot in the front door, we got there probably 10 or 15 minutes after 5 PM. So that was very nice of her to do that.

Price was not clear. Stated that it was one way and somehow I went over the mileage. Went straight to dropping off at the location and straight to dropping off the truck at a location picked not by me in which I passed other locations on the way. Stupid but I had to pay the difference for someone elses stupidity. Someone needs to get their head out of their ass at that location. Never even asked for the address I was moving to. Never again will use this location or possible not even uhaul.

The representative informed me that I had to pay an additional fee because my "UNLIMITED" mileage had gone over the amount. Overall, I ended up having to pay about $300 MORE than I had originally agreed to when I made this reservation. I can fully assure you that I will NEVER rent any type of equipment from this company. All these "hidden" fees were inexcusable.

There was a mixup on my part on drop off location Left trailer at Hohokam Uhaul closest to my house I returned after hours and checked out online when I went to return dolly on Monday at that location The lady there was billigerant and rude. Advised me I had to return trailer to right location and she didn't give a dam what I did with dolly cuz she wasn't taking it

Space was limited and was difficult to park the trailer in this location. There was some confusion as to where the drop off location was supposed to be as it changed twice.

Please re check fuel when renting to customers. Fuel was said to be 3/8, received it less than that.

Main issue was that I made my reservation online but it wasn’t on their systems until a later time, also when I did my reservation online I didn’t get any coverage and I just saw on my invoice an $8 tow coverage fee which I didn’t agree to.

The lady that runs this facility is an absolute delight to deal with. I am sorry I did not get her name. I ran into some mechanical trouble with my own vehicle that I was towing with. This lady was so helpful I was shocked! She really went out of her way to assist me. Thank you so much and we really need more people like this in this world.

Nothing. The gal in the office was quick, efficient, and very professional. She went beyond the call of duty to ask a friend to drive me (a senior single woman) back to my hotel with the U-Haul and then return me to U-Haul to then get my car. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS FANTASTIC!! 10+++

I honestly would not recommend uhaul to any of my family and friends. We had the worst possible experience with uhaul/roadside assistance. I really hope the issue gets looked into and hopefully have a resolution so that this doesn't happen to anyone again.

The lady's working this location are excellent representative of u haul When i returned the truck parked and returned the key. After getting home i realized my back brace didn't follow me. I returned the next day. And the lady on duty showed my back brace. I thanked her and bless them for their honesty.

The staff needs to be more customer oriented. They did not assist me unhooking the trailer. I was told to go look for help to unhook the trailer amd no one was around to help. I would reccommend this location it is too small to accomodated or manuever the trailers to park.
