Margarita was amazing. No where near what I expected upon my arrival. She was hands on, coming out to help me lift the trailer off the hitch, attentive to every detail, and even gave me a bottle of water. Highly recommend this location!!!

I only needed the truck for one day, but I was forced to rent the truck for two days because I rented the truck on a Saturday and the drop off location showed only day to drop off was on Monday. So I paid for a whole day for the truck to sit in my driveway. Is this the way Uhaul scams its customers?

Pedro FI saw a different U-Haul motorcycle trailer that has an opening for the front tire if the bike and it's a little smaller from the 5 x 9 that I rented. Would be great if y'all could have one in stock for next time

Enriqueta MExcellent service. Margarita provided a detailed outline of the process. She called me at least 4 times on my pending storage space and Uhaul rental truck. She guided me on the process to turn in the vehicle on Sunday when she was not there. Was great on Monday to double check the transaction and give me a receipt.
