This place was nasty, people running around using foul language and very dirty. I would have never booked here had I of know.

Yes as I started my trip within 30 miles the check engine light came on.As I was traveling by myself I was pretty scared.But made it to mo safely

Michael MeyerEasy to pick up and return the truck overall. The truck did still have snow on the windshield, and there was no scraper to be found in truck. So I would just advise them to clear that off for future customers because it was hard to clear without proper supplies.

When dropping off we were not able to get it off the ball I had purchased there. I took the pin out, backed up and slammed on my brakes. It did come lose at that time, after 30 minutes of work. The place was clean but the cleaning help was on her phone and using bad language (cussing at whomever she was talking) and she was not being discreet about it. Which only looked bad for the lady that came to help me.

Charles BengtsonMake sure they have heat truck you want in your immediate area. It was really inconvenient for us having to drive 2 hours up and back to pickup the truck also they changed drop off location on me rather than the one I had reserved.

Thomas RobertsThe cab of the truck was dirty & smelled like dog. The back of the truck hadn't been cleaned out, I had to sweep it out before I could load my belongings in it. The employees working this location was very unprofessional. They were not rude but just very unprofessional, vaping at the counter while assisting me, using bad language, yelling at their kids that were there just to name a few things. The location was dirty and not maintained. I selected online check in and they insisted that I needed to come in to do my check in although I had already started the online check in. I will never use this location again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this location. I have never been so disappointed in a uhaul location and I have used MANY locations over the years.
Andrea SorsbyMake sure the equipment is working condition. There were three things wrong with the trailer. There was no hook for the emergency break chain. The left front wheel ratchet strap was broken - usable but not safe or easy to use. Third thing was the front safety chain was missing the black rubber keeper. I had to wire the chain to prevent the S-hook from coming disconnected.

Ruben SierraThis seemed to be a combination of a hotel and apartments. There were just people and kids wondering around all over the place. It was not any place that I would recommend anybody going to. There were big holes in the parking lot and it was in really bad shape.

Russ MunchEmployees not knowledgeable about computer system. Turned computer around for me to enter information into system. Got hooked up to car trailer and lights didn't work so had to unhook and setup with a different trailers. Upon return, office unattended and no other customers around. After 4-5 minutes, New trainee showed up but had to wait for someone to show her how to do the return. Office had trash all over (morning breakfast food from hours before when I rented trailer), garbage can over flowing, no toilet paper in restroom still from morning,. Trainee was friendly, however, her 19 year old trainer showed zero personality or customer service.
Kim WoodMake sure if you want people to use the mobile phone pickup that it actually works. This ended up having to be started from scratch and I lost an hour of time. Very disappointed.

Jeannete PriceMake sure the equipment is in proper working order. One of the straps on the car dolly was torn and too short to secure my vehicle. A replacement was installed but it took over 2 hours and put me way behind schedule. U-Haul rep was still in training yet was left to by themselves to handle customers.

Jeff LeachWhen the reservation was made, the return date was Tuesday, 10/11. Returned the trailer on Monday, 10/10 - office closed, no one there, just dropped it off around noon. Sent me a bill for $38.00, late turn- in!!

Steven MichelsNot the best set up for the drop off but eventually the situation was taken care of. My guess is the computerization of things doesn't get to everyone involved with the drop off but it was taken care of.
Steve SchreierThey did not know I was to drop off rhe trailer there until I showed them the mail confirmation. The service attendant had to call his supervisor to make sure I could leave it there. His supervisor okayed the drop and I received a confirmation email while I was standing there. There were other uhauls closer to my destination but I drove 20 minutes to this location on the email I will be renting car hauler in a couple of weeks to the same destination and hope a closer drop off will be available.
