The woman running the desk was very nice and got us in and out and on our way with ease.

Patricia BlytheLocation wasn't the problem. The truck was a piece of junk. Had to get someone to jump the battery on the first night. When returning the next day, it broke down on the interstate. And we were still charged almost the full amount. Bad business

Jeanne CeroaloEmployee was helpful getting back personal property that I had accidentally left in the truck such as my car keys or house keys as well as other personal effects of little value but still important that being said also end up getting charged a whole extra day when I was at most an hour late. That said the truck ran well and everything else was a positive experience I'm just not sure that charging a holiday for being an hour late is ethical but I guess that's the way the business is ran
Warren StrattonYour online website/process is awful! It takes far too long to load from step to step. In my case, it timed out before I could get the keys AFTER I HAD ALREADY arranged for Payment! I had to call Uhaul to get the process completed and finish getting my truck. Return processing was equally as bad. I had to upload one image 6 times before it was finally accepted. PLEASE improve your online site!

Mark AlexanderTread Pro went out of their way to provide excellent service. Uhaul corporate as a business gets a poor rating. I completed my reservation online for a Sunday pickup. Upon arriving for my pickup I completed the necessary info but when it was time for be to get the key, Uhaul did not send Tred Pro the necessary info for them to leave me a key in lock box. There office is closed on Sundays but I was able to contact them and they opened the office to give me a key.

Marilyn CollinsGreat experience with the truck. Cab was roomy and the truck drove verify well. I would get Uhaul again with no problem. West was easy to use to order it. I liked how it progressed. Good job on a good website!!! On this truck, I could not figure out how to how the Audio Input worked. Picture showed a mobile device. It said to "Plug into LINE IN and press AM/FM button until IN appears. AM/FM part was easy to do. Could not find the LINE IN plug. I was assuming I could play my music from my mobile phone through the radio.
Scott DixonInform the customer that the site to report damage or repairs needs to be immediately noted. Otherwise, the site will expire as it did for me which prevented me from reporting the body damage and repairs that I noticed upon taking possession of the Uhaul.

JOSHUA WILSONFirst off I reserved a 10 foot truck TWO MONTHS ago and was told I would have to use a 15 foot one. Ok. I picked a pick up location LITERALLY BESIDE my house. When I got the confirmation phone call they changed the location to a place down the street. A place that was CLOSED on my pick up day. That's fine I can do online pick up. But when I arrived to pick up I literally could not do the check in. It would not let me. After calling the 1800 number I ended up with a guan 26 foot truck because my RESERVED 15 foot was sitting right there but marked as unavailable. I PAID for a 10 foot truck and an appliance dolly but ended up with a 26 foot truck and NO dolly. Not happy with the experience and all the pickup issues took over an hour sitting in my hot car at a closed location.

Nicolas PicardWe filled the gas tank back up to where it started when we picked up the equipment and took a picture of it before and after and they still charged us almost $12 for 2 gallons of gas. Ive had a number of people tell me this same location or uhaul do the exact same thing to them.
