Everyone at this storage facility was wonderful and very helpful. If I'm ever in the area again and need a storage facility I will definitely go back.

Carl C | RéservationThe storage unit was a pleasant up until it was time to move out. The Friday before my move out, the staff ignored my calls for over an hour as well as my text messages and failed to reach out the next open day.
Fatima A | Expérience généraleHonestly only moved in because of convenience at the time. Learned that they would change the codes randomly and never let me know. I got locked out once because they changed the code and could not get ahold of anyone. Got in the next day after business hours once I had to call and get a new code. That code did not let me out. Could not get ahold of the manager and had to call the cops. After a while a customer came and luckily let me out. My unit was not cleaned when I moved in, had a dead mouse in my unit when I first went in. When I moved out, I found 3 dead mice in my stuff. Price jumped up to $90 per month from $80 without being told for a regular 5x10 unit, I looked around and found a 5x10 climate controlled unit somewheres else for $95 a month. I would rather pay $5 more a month than to have my stuff filled with bugs, spiders, and mice. Overall a bad experience, wish I did more research before I moved in there.

Then the items I paid to rent were not in the truck (a dolly and blankets). I have to spend another 30 minutes driving across town to pick them up.

My recommendation would be to sweep clean the back of the truck not to leave debris and dead bugs in it, as well as to check the equipment rented is inside the vehicle when leaving it at a drop location that is not even a uhaul dealer. The check in process was terrible taking almost an hour and a half due to the app malfunctioning and the consumer,myself, needing to make 4 separate phone calls to resolve the issue to several departments. And I still have not been credited for the furniture dolly and the bundles of blankets I paid for to rent with the truck.

Kristin WWe chose to do no-contact pickup. I booked the reservation on my computer. When we arrived at the location, I attempted to log in to my u-haul account on my phone but your system didn't recognize the device. The verification code took over a half hour to arrive in my email. I ended up having to call customer service to walk through the pickup because I couldn't access my account on my phone. The customer service person was fantastic but we still spent close to 45 minutes on the process. Please let people know when they book that they should attempt to login on the device they will use at pickup ahead of time. We lost a lot of time that could have been avoided if I had logged in on my phone ahead of time. Truck was nice, a little dirty on the inside, but pretty new. Overall, a good experience even with the pick-up glitch.

Prinsez T* The truck was covered in mud. Un-recorded damage to truck. App would not allow me to document. Greenville Mini Storage didn't care. Inside of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and was not clean. * Auto transport trailer was so rusted out that the suspension hardly worked. The ratchets were so rusted out that they did not work. Greenville Mini Storage found another unit, but this cost me nearly 1,5 hours of needed travel time. * Greenville Mini Storage dis not inspect the equipment before renting it to me.

Wanda R | Expérience généraleOver all great renting experience. The driver's seat is not comfortable at all. I felt as though I was going to slide to the front. For what Uhaul charges, a couple hundred dollars in better seats is not much to ask for. I would not rent this truck for a long move.

The check in process is not user friendly, requires looking up information. The site logs you out when searching for the information so you will need to start the process from the beginning each time. Bring paper and pen to write your verification number and friends phone number down otherwise you will be logged off and must start the process from the beginning. I would recommend reserving a vehicle in advance at a Uhaul location open on the weekends so you can work with an employee not an online process. Write the customer service number down if you book online because you will need to call them.
