The office knew who I was by just talking to me on the phone when I walked in the door, all the paperwork was ready and it was a quick but thorough exit- Very Very pleasant experience. The location is ideal and very well-lit at night for return.

Darlene TI was a little disappointed that the appliance dolly was not on the truck. I called the U-haul customer service number and spoke to someone who left a note for the owner. I asked her when would I hear from the owner and she stated that they would be at the storage facility soon. I asked if she could give me a time and she stated she could not. I didn't have time to wait for an unspecified amount of time because I had to move out of my house. I ended up renting an appliance dolly from Home Depot to save time. My initial reservation included an appliance dolly. There must be a glitch in the app or something because it wasn't on my confirmation email so no fault on U-haul's end. For whatever reason the appliance dolly didn't make it my final reservation on the app.
Miriam TThis facility was clean. The instructions for the drop off were detailed and in plain sight. The driveway was organized and clean as well. Also, U-Haul customer service is AWESOME. I appreciate their assistance for helping me turn this around. You are phenomenal.❤️❤️❤️

PHYLLIS YTrailer had a bad tire on it and it had to be replaced mid trip and cost me 1,5 hours.
Robert WIt is not located on Hacks Cross Road as advertised. Hard to find without signs.

Cecil CI went on my U-Haul app and after I clicked on that I was at the location, a red line went across the top of the screen and it didn't do anything else. The app was messing up.

Michael LLocation was fine but the truck itself was in kind of ruff shape. Bumper was tied on with rope. Many stickers for dings and bumps. Lights flickered during rain drives.
