I originally scheduled pickup from the Hoffmeyer location. When I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, a previous client had not returned the truck on time. They called the Irby St. location and one was there for me. Hoffmeyer provided transportation over to the Irby St. location. The truck was on empty because the previous client failed to leave truck w/ 1/4 tank of gas. After I returned the truck, I was compensated for that situation.

MICHAEL MIt's not with the location but the app. It took me 30 minutes to get checked in. I got errors, had to re-enter my information multiple times because it backed out of a previous screen. Just awful.
