I just want to state that Ms.Tracy Becckett and her staff have provided outstanding service on my recent rental. The vehicle was in great order, no issues to state. I always rent my U-Haul from her at Trinity Self Storage U-Haul location.

Just be honest with your customers. Do not create a fake problem to overcharge them. I returned the truck clean, and they are charging me a $75 cleaning fee. It's unacceptable, even though the truck itself has a sign that says to avoid the $25 cleaning fee by having the truck clean. So, according to the sign inside the truck, the cleaning fee should be $25, and they are charging me $75; that's stealing.

In addition, as she was doing our rental she was eating a Snickers bar, chewing and smacking right in front of us. She is in a customer service industry and needs to make an effort to be professional and friendly.

MICHAEL LThe young lady who worked the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly, easy to talk with, and make you feel welcome for coming. She was hands on helping me get the trailer connected to my truck. She made sure to follow all safety protocols for connecting the trailer, safety chains, lights working, etc. I will use them again if I need a future rental and she is a part of that reason. Great experience.

KEAUNNA WTruck had an engine problem, check engine light, almost died when engine idling. Engine was very noisy, popping and banging.
Scott DEntry to the location was confusing and the office was a very crowded, small shed. I used this facility years ago and not much has changed. The abandoned building on the site was an eye sore.

TRICIA HWe returned the Uhaul at around 9pm and the online system did not want to accept the pictures due to the lack of light outside. It made it harder to return and made us take the pictures repeatedly.

All of my information that I used to create a login and reserve a trailer didn't save any time at the pick-up location. I had to give the person all of my information all over again creating a lengthy wait time and delaying pickup.

Lawrence GI hardly left 50 worth of a mess in the truck I thought I had gotten stuff all swept out and everything but there was a small mud stain that showed up after everything dried toward the very front of the truck you can tell I was sweeping… and the place acted as if the entire truck was so bad they over exaggerated how bad it was and made this big deal over it..I asked for the picture and I wanted to laugh and go off and be like I mean if you'd have told me I'd have come back and ONE BUCKET of water could have gotten that off..they were like we had to take out the whole thing and hose it all down..lolol or you could have told me. And or just pulled it maybe slightly out for that ONE section near the door..
COURTNEY FLots of room at this location to pick up and drop off the 6x12 trailer. Friendly staff with great communication and customer service. Highly recommend this location.
DIRK RI, personally misjudged the size truck I would need. I had to make a second load. Still finished in one day. The rental process was easy. And the salesperson was friendly and helpful. I'd use this facility again for needed rentals.
