Arnold RTell the woman that works there to not change how Uhaul does business just because she is taking her kids to 6 flags and leaving at 130p. If a person needs it for half a day and she tells you to keep until Monday and then tried to charge me for 3 full days was unacceptable

Nancy WWe had a wonderful experience with Traci. Just before we arrived, she had injured her hand. Even though she was seeking medical assistance, she still helped us complete our check in and get our truck. I think she had every reason to close for the day and tend to her own needs. Instead, she continued to help us and then another person after us! I will certainly use this location again.
Joann NOur truck was not there, even though I confirmed via telephone the day before, asking them to please call us if the truck was not returned in time (20 hours before our reservation). When they finally returned the truck, it was checked over quickly and the dolly was not tied down, which WE were charged for. We returned it 24 hours after we got it and were charged for two days rental because it was not returned prior to our reservation time. We asked to use the truck for the extra day since they charged us AFTER WE LEFT and we had to go back up there. They said it was already rented out. Then they charged us for gas. It was returned with more than 1/4 tank, which is what it had in it when we rented it. All in all, we paid more than double what we should have. We will go with Penske next time.

Taylor BAgain Tracy provided excellent customer service. She remembered me upon check in and greeted me. Tracy was under incredible stress with multiple phone calls and customers coming in to pick up rentals. She never broke a sweat and everyone was helped. Tracy hooked up our trailer with lightning professional speed. She's a treasure to your company. Out of this world service on a consistent basis. Because of her we keep renting at this location.
Angela BThis was the worst pick up in Texas! We were there over 4 hours they had the wrong equipment. They wanted us to drive 3 hour to pick up right equipment. They tried to blame us for the mix up when we had proof of the proper car information was correct. I'm so glad this was a one way trip.

Rick WApp doesn't work for self pickup and counter office doesn't know how to solve problems. Never keeps resources such as forniture dolly inside the truck as booked online.

Trish HI got a very rude call from the UHaul insurance company accusing me of wrecking the Uhaul in an accident in New Jersey this week. I told the insurance employee I had barely driven the car 40 miles and the truck never left Fort Worth. Finally after questioning me some more she admitted it was a mix up somewhere in the reporting paperwork. I had told her at least 3 times I did not wreck or damage the truck. I probably won't rent from this location anymore. I'm afraid l will get a fine for an accident or damage I was not part of.

Kristopher KThe problem was the van has service issues (stabilitrac warning) dinging every 20 seconds, plus the driver's window got stuck halfway. The app also had hot keys that didn't work, nor could it find my location even after I fixed my settings

Doug ATruck was dirty, inside and out, the front desk lady was rude. We came and brought it back an hour late because of traffic that day and she charged us for a whole other day and said she charged us for a whole new day because we were an hour late bringing it back. Then someone came right after us and rented it. So essentially she two rentals but on one truck for the same day. When we asked who we could speak to she said no one will help you because it's in the contract. "I can charge you for another day for being even just a little late". I said I bet cooperate would try to help and she said "no, they can't help you because you were late". When we first picked the truck up she didn't even know how much fuel the truck had, and she said it was clean and ready but the outside and inside looked like it came from a long drive through the country. I've rented from uhaul many times but after this experience I won't come back.

She even saved me more money by suggesting a easier trailer return for me. Kyle the District manager was totally in on the great customer experience by hooking up our trailer in the pouring rain. Thank you so much! I wish every place was like this Uhaul. I will return!

Kelly RWhen she saw me about to order an Uber on my phone, the very nice lady on duty asked where I live (about 3 minutes away, literally), she said, "Don't worry about that, I'll give you a ride." This location rounded off a very good experience that started when I picked up the truck in Bossier City!

Rafael VI have never had a BETTER drop off or return experience. For U-HAUL.....Estimated fuel refill.... I put a gallon over the estimated amount an was still short by 4 gallons which I was charged for.
ANTHONY CRude employees. Unprofessional, and then overcharged me. Which I disputed. Charges are unclear on bill. Why didn't she charge me for the 15 insurance while I was in her store? She swiped my card…. This whole this was a complete mess for me. From the start and her rudeness. Seriously thinking about using home Depot next time I need a truck.
