Thomas SThere's no one there, even during business hours on a weekday. Except for all the U-Hauls there the place looks abandoned. And heaven help you if you don't have a smart phone because that's the only way to return the thing at this location. If that's the only local option, which seems odd, then at least notify the renter that they will be returning to an unmanned location and they need a smartphone to process the return.

Darren GThe service was great and every effort made to make the rental possible! It is me that messed up! I had no help to load or unload the U-Haul as promised then I got it loaded and found out they couldn't help unload it! Even the night it was returned the help wrecked their truck on way and I had to find last minute help!l I will pay the total amount on or before the 3rd of May! I apologize I have never been homeless before! I have faith in God that's all that's keeping me going! Please do not blame Josh he tried helping all he could!

Mitchell SThey put the trailer I rented onto the ball on the hitch hooked up electric checked lights,turn signals ,brake lights all worked sent my sister in her way.when we drove car onto trailer the ball and trailer popped up and put a deep scratch and dent into tailgate. Result was from the nut or locking washer attached to the ball.alot of rust built up on threads of ball stem.should have been caught by person or persons installing trailer.my sister very lucky trailer didn't unhook in transport to her house.more the likely never use uhaul again.

Ronald SUhaul corp could do better at honoring their reservatuons and send walk-in business to another location. I reserved, 10' truck and car tow, 3 wks prior in Mtn Home AR and then had to go to Flippin to get the truck ... No tow dolly was avail.... But the mgr in Flippin went way out of his way to get my equip and i had a tow dolly the next day. I would definitely do business with him again, Uhaul was rude and unapologetic, their business motto is shakey.
