Trinity Towers has the cleanest Uhauls in the Trinity Area PERIOD!!!
Dionne MOutside pick up is never ready and key has tp be picked up inside. Happened twice in a row.

Joseph LThe previous driver was a smoker and there were cigarette ashes spread around the driver seat..: The truck was old, no USB connection and noisy. Not worth the money spent for such a trip. U-Haul charges too much for such old equipment! It is all about profit and low quality!
Luiz FAs a repeat customer ,it was a quick process to get my truck as was my return of the truck. Do note that side entrance comes up quick going west on 54 so make sure you slow down as you approach the building

TERRY PI would not recommend sending 20 foot trucks to return at this location in the future. They are not equipped for turnaround of large vehicles. Otherwise, the customer service was absolutely excellent.
kelley oVehicle broke down and when I tried to get help since the mechanic had to drive and hour and a half away from where I was to get a part (not his fault) I called and instead of anyone working with me I was offered a chance to pay for another reservation. This treatment doesn't make sense and I was down from 10:00am to 3:30pm.

joel DIMPORTANT-------- SAVE YOUR RECEIPT the dear lady had trouble checking me in because the U-Haul system was down... the next day a receipt was emailed to me with an after hours fee... it was later corrected... and a new receipt sent.....3 months later I get an email stating U-Haul is having trouble contacting me because the truck was NOT returned... I called the 888 number 3 times.... one clerk even stated the truck is in your system because its been rented again.....finally searching page after page sent an email to "equipment recovery" threatening to either fix the problem or you will hear from my lawyer and News Channel 8.... Finally, a message was left on my cell phone stating the problem was resolved.... excuse me for being doubtful!!!! I'm carrying the receipt with me 24hrs/7....less the police arrest me for non-return.... Both service centers great..... YOUR computer systems is one big FUBAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE your computer systems ....

David DI was extremely disappointed with the service from U- Haul, not at this location in particular. I reserved a 26' Truck 10 days in advance at The Seminole FL Location, they called me 3 hours prior to my schedule pick up to inform me that they did mot have a truck, I had to be out of my condo on that day, so I drove for an hour to The Trinity location, lucky for me thst they hsd a 26' truck available. So unprofessional and inexcusable by The Seminole U- Hual !!!

Nicholas EThey try to lie about the fuel level when returning the rental, the gouged me for an extra $11, till I provided proof they were lying about how much fuel was in the vehicle when returned. Said maintenance guy read gauge wrong.....

Mark MI will never pick up at this place in Trinity ever again. 1. The blonde lady clerk that was giving us the keys made me fix my parking WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE THERE parked at 9 in the morning 2. She told us that twice that we are ruining her morning and that adding a "driver" to my reservation was going to take forever and kept complaining how we are holding up her morning because some truck was there at her storage unit. And it took 5 MINUTES AND SHE GAVE US NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE. 3. She gave me the wrong truck, I reserved at 10 foot and she gave me a 15. The truck WAS NOT CLEANED and trash was in the driver seat. 4. She disrespected my company that was there with me picking up the truck telling my brother and my boyfriend to sit down because they are making her nervous. Please let this lady go. The amount of disrespect is outrageous. Maybe if I was in my 50s she would have been nicer but since I was young and so was my company she was being the upmost worst person to deal with.
Diane DBuy newer trucks, make sure they are clean and maintained. The truck smelled awful, i had to keep the windows open all time in 100 degrees weather. The truck parking lot is in a bad location. I must parked in certain way upon returning it, in one way entrance, less than 10 feet or about yo make a 3 point turn. It was a nightmare.

william rThe location was convenient. The of picking up my vehicle after hours was GREAT!! It took me a few minutes to figure it all out, but at 74 yrs of age, I managed to figure it all out, get my key, and drive away!

Krystle ANothing regarding the location. The app, however, needs some work. I had to take, retake, re-retake, ad nauseam the photos to check in, as the connection kept dropping. As for the check out, we had to do it manually, as the app kept crashing. It is up to date on an iPhone 11 with its os also up to date.
