Youceff KabalI ordered Van for 3 day's with insurance. Then I need this van for more 4 days, I called to office and say that, and I said that I need to cancel the insurance for this 4 day. So I should got 3 days with on, and 4 day with out insurance. Skott, the man that call me said OK. Then, after 15 minutes, he had call me, and said that I must return the van not after 4 days, but after 3 days, because the Van somebody had booked. I told him that You said me 4 days Without insurance, and he try to convince me again and again, I said You told me, OK 4 days, so this is now your problem. Then after 4 days, I had returned the van, and he charged insurance for these days, but he told me, ok no insurance for this additional 4 days. So I was desipointed. And before this 4 days, he charged $75. So.. next.. Then.. to close the rent, I need to pay difference between Deposit, and additional days. Deposit 150 4 days 75, Total 315. And he said I need to pay additional $160 to close my rent... What??! 150+75=225 315-225= is not 160 guys!) It's 90.

Roman MusheghyanThe truck was not clean, cups on the back seat, window dirt. These are not my concerns, I was more concern on the drivability of the truck. My trip was to Los Angeles and back to sun valley and the transmission septs slipping all the way. Please have your truck service asap I would hate to be the one stranded because of this issue.

Cecilia RojasIt took 20 minutes to fill the fuel tank because the flow sensor was inoperable apparently not reported by prior user or not serviced by UHAUL technicians. However, Foy at Sun Valley location gave excellent service.
Tom DixonI got there around 2pm on Sunday. There was no one there. I was told they closed at 4. The positive thing about UHaul is that the online rental process is very good, and then when there was a drop-off problem I got a call from someone at UHaul.

Emily VeehThe manager misled me on my total bill when I originally rented the truck. Lachelle Rosales is the manager and she knew, because I clearly discussed it with her, that I was doing a round trip from that location to the p/u address in Brentwood. She quoted me a total of $42,5 as an estimated final charge and told me that it was inclusive of the price of the box truck. I even restated to her, saying, "That's a good price for a small truck and a round trip from Sun Valley to Brentwood." I wound up needing to make two trips, albeit, between the origin and destination with no route deviation. So, after I filled up the truck to return it, she told me the total bill was $120, due to the mileage. I was anticipating much less due to the conversation, she, Lachelle Rosales, and I had the day before, but today, she tells me WAY DIFFERENT. Either she's an idiot and doesn't understand what "round trip" means, even when I used my fingers on the desk to show example of distance between point A and B and back to A, OR, it IS company wide policy to give false numbers on the estimate in a ploy to fleece the customer. Either way, I am more than upset with her ignorance, as I would have left the U-Haul in West LA rather than drive it back. Her original total of $42,5 (inclusive of $19,99 rental truck) meant I was expecting $22,5 for mileage plus tax on the truck based on her total, and clearly agreed and understood that this was a total for a ROUND TRIP!!! meaning....Double the $22,5 and you have my final bill. I was expecting my final bill to be around $65 based on my thorough conversation with Lachelle Rosales, and it was nearly double that. I feel manipulated and cheated and I'd like you to refund me the difference. What I am saying, is that since Lachelle Rosales is not intelligent enough to give proper information to the customer, I shouldn't be punished. I would like a refund for the difference of the milage total (half it) and that's it. If you do that, I will feel like the company cares about the customer and I'll continue to use your services. BTW, I was the only customer in the store the entire time, so Lachelle Rosales was not distracted by anything or anyone, she just gave me wrong information because she lacks the ability to understand the meaning of round trip. Again, I do not want to be punished for her mistake. Thank You for reviewing this and giving it sincere understanding.

MARCEL STOOVEi am not pleased with uHaul services today and i believe it may have more to do with follow up than it has to do with this location. Id originally scheduled my uHaul pick up for 6121 Lankershim Bl, North Hollywood, CA. When I arrived, I was told there was no truck and that I was suppose to go around the corner to 11666 Victory location. I drove to that location only to rudely be told I had no reservation there and there were no trucks available. I then returned to Lankershim location to then be told that I need to drive to another city to pick up a truck and that I should have been notified. By this time, I had hired workers who had been waiting for a truck to load up. I then drove to Sun Valley, CA to pick up a truck. My biggest issues: I was not notified of this change, neither by phone, text, or email until later that afternoon. By that time, I was completing my move and ready to return truck. The rudeness and inability to assist at 11666 Victory Bl The incompetence of the uHaul locations to adequately assist with my problem The additional gas mileage for a location in another city, which I never requested. I would love to speak with someone about being monetarily reimbursed for these expenses that I have incurred through no fault of my own.

Revolorio DoraThis was the back-up location when the truck intended for me wasn't returned to the location where I booked. This was a bummer. I was also promised a $50 refund for the first truck not being available. This has yet to materialize. All of the to say, Trojan was a great experience.
