Clean the vehicle and maintain it .floor was muddy and dog hair all over seat .i brought it back 100 per cent cleaner. Maintenance oil need changing and wiper blade needed to be replaced was broke when i got it

Grant CThe pieces I ordered so I could use the trailer were mailed to me instead of being read at the location. What is the use of a trailer hitch 2 hours away. The ratchets on the trailer are so rusted they slip and don't hold which is really dangerous while towing a car and since the extra cargo straps were not there I had to rely on the straps on the trailer itself.

David HThis location had 3 6x12 trailers available for the time I wanted but your website and a subsequent phone call said otherwise. They wanted me to pick up another smaller trailer at a location over 30 kms out of my way. Thankfully i stopped into this location a couple of days before and made alternate arrangements to get the right sized trailer from them. Please do something about your inventory tracking so they do not lose out on rentals and I do not have to travel 3 times as far as necessary.
Roger CWhere I originally booked the truck wasn't open the day I went to pick it up. I had to go to a different location out of my way. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up (I took pictures before and after) but I was still charged an extra fee for fuel.

Alexander VGreat service, properly connected to the truck. Trailer was in good condition, well maintained by the look of it. Very smooth pickup and drop off. No wasted time, well organized operation, highly recommend them if you need a rental.

Lindsay HThe commercial van I rented was nearly new, had less than 4k on it, and was clean and worked perfectly. The rental agent was courteous and very helpful. Plus, there was ample space to park my car while I was using the van. It would be hard to improve on that.

wayne dThere was a problem to sign out on my iPhone so the clerk did it for me. There was no option to add a concern about the truck, so now I have to contact uhaul again, go through the bouncing from person to person until I get frustrated enough then talk to the person I should be talking to in the first place, after 1:17 minutes on the phone. NOT FUN! But I will do it again to let somebody know that the parking brake sticks on. Ugh!
