Good location near U of M, but really cumbersome to need 3 u-turns to get gas and then drop off when coming from University Crescent...

Make it clear when truck is picked up that their is is 30.00 fuel fill up fee. Traveled only only 19 miles in total and did not use much fuel. Did not stop for fuel because someone was waiting to pick me up. Realized had to pay for fuel consumed but charging 30.00 to have then put 15.00 worth of fuel is excessive.

The location is VERY difficult to find because of poor signage on the street. They're located at the back of the property in a separate building. We drove past it a couple of times before we successfully found it.

I often rent from U-Haul I find the service is always great . I do find the trucks are very old and it shows on how the engines sound . Ride is very rough . For what the client is paying trucks could be more maintained .

Very messy location and office where you visit to return rental. Your boxes say you can get a refund on unused, however this location would not take them back. He said we had to go to a main dealer. He sells boxes, but would not return. Very frustrating after a long move, that I need to go somewhere else.

Fabulous service!! Kind staff- went above and beyond! We had to go to this location because the first location was too full and couldn’t take the trailer. I was upset at first - but we lucked out going to this location! Absolutely recommended!!

Booked online for $90.60 (incl. mileage pkg). Went ahead to look at van but it was too small for job. Asked the U-Haul employee if we could switch to the truck for the same price (incl. mileage) and he said yes. Confirmed with him a couple more times to be sure and he said yes. Booked truck because of that. When we came to pick up truck they put the charge through at $206.04 instead of the $90.60 we were originally charged. It was a different employee so we explained what the other employee had agreed to. He said to just confirm the amount on the credit card transaction screen but that we wouldn’t be charged that amount, it was just to allow us to have the vehicle instead of waiting longer (store was supposed to open at 8 am but no one showed to until 8:20). He reassured us that we wouldn’t be charged that amount and that he just had to talk to his manager to see how to put the transaction through at the other amount. He said he was the manager and gave his word that we wouldn’t have to pay that amount. When we went to return the vehicle, they charged us $356. They said the mileage was more but we had said at the time of the original booking that we would be going around 200 miles, which is why we bought the extra mileage pkg. to cover the full cost of the mileage. They said that we went over 100 miles and were charged extra as a result. They said there was nothing we could do because they had our credit card number. This has truly been the worst experience and service that we have ever received and we would most definitely never recommend them.

The Cargo Van I received was filthy (dusty, ketchup packets on floor, spider webs, straw wrappers in cup holders, branches in the cargo area). It also had a very strong smell of cigarette/rubber; they must have known about the smell as there was a pine tree air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. I had the sales person come and see before leaving the property as I did not want to be held responsible for the clean up. I also received van with 7/8ths fuel level. I had pre-paid for 30 km, but ended up using 34 km. I also used 1/8 of a tank, threw in $5 but the gauge did not budge. Threw in an addition $6 which ended up bringing the tank to full. I cannot explain how that happened. When I requested to have the 4 kms waived for the additional fuel received, I was informed that they have to enter the final total kms and it did not appear to be anything they could do. I referred to my contract which indicated that had I not replaced the fuel to the level received, $1.52 per litre missing would be charged to my credit card. I asked what UHaul does with all that money they receive from people who are charged that amount. The reply I received is that they fill the tank. I mentioned again that I had not received the van with a full tank but have now filled it, plus got charged the additional 4 kms and did not receive a clean van to begin with. Seems very fishy to me....Someone out there is making money on all the unfilled tanks and now, have made just a little more because of the additional fuel they received following my usage. I left with a headache from the smell of that van, and a lighter wallet. Very messy system all around!

The staff person when I picked up the trailer was not as knowledgeable. I think she was new. The gentleman that was there tonight when I dropped it off was FANTASTIC!

Arrived to find the trailer I rented with a flat tire. This is after I was told by the original location that they didn’t have the trailer and I would have to drive over an hour to the location that had the right one. I was left taking a much less expensive trailer and have still not been provided the over $300 credit.

Moving truck was missing and was charged for a vehicle that I didn't use, in fact a vehicle they claim was stolen and didnt come out to the vehicle to check on it when we were getting ready to use it in the morning, the corrections that were made are not done right and was still overcharged for millage. The district manager (Adam Boughton) will not return calls to make appropriate corrections. This situation has gone too far with no professional help from UHaul. Very frustrated with it all. And not very professional at all. Sincerely , Very upset customer

Old car wash location, I just wanted to drop off trailer...waited 53mins while one overworked lady tried to handle 4 customers ahead of me. I should have known, but silly me order $100 of Chinese food which ended up be cold for the 4 waiting for me to bring it home. Oh...by the way...the trailer worked great!
