Did a self drop off/return with assistance through the U-Haul web site. Kind of tricky taking the pictures and knowing exactly where to park/leave the truck.

STANLEY HDon't be closed on Sundays. Retire/repair your beat up trailers. It's bullshit to charge extra for insurance on something that looks like it was attacked with sledgehammers.

David GThe clerk at this location is rude and hung up on me mid sentence when I called on Sat May 6th to confirm they had checked in the truck I rented on Fri May 5th. I rented it for two days but ended up only needing it for one. I have called twice now to get a refund from UHaul for the second day I did not use and this locations POS system is down. Please help me get this issue to the right person. I was told by the first rep that he emailed the regional manager but the second rep said no one had sent an email so they said they would. What a hassle :(

Jimmie EThe truck I rented was not swept out - had leaves, dirt, etc. Hey - at least make sure it's clean when you rent it to someone.
John NThe trailer needed to be swept out when I got it, and the rails for tying straps are loose. Otherwise great service and it served its purpose.
Deborah FI felt I was a bother. I was not greeted or even thanked. When I ask to be shown how to use the lock on the back the person was rushed and barely gave me time to view the operation.

Tim MThe trailer was clean, but the trailer had multiple water leaks, so when renting it to keep things dry in the rain, it failed, and my new cabinets got wet, and possibly damaged, seeing how they dry out.

Robert RWARNING……We were broken into and many expensive items stolen when brought to the management attention was met with lack of concern and no action taken. Felt like no one cared. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Brian SParking wasn't clearly marked. The people in the store were VERY rude, and barely put down their snacks to help me return the truck. I asked about a gas credit, because I filled the truck with more than 1/4 tank (How much was in there when I picked it up), and they snarkily asked me if I was going to siphon the gas out of the tank. They didn't provide me with any paperwork that I returned the truck, either.
James CTook care of everything and hooked up the trailer for us. Unhooked when we got back. Good service.
SEAN SPicked up trailer on Thursday, February 10 at 4:20 and returned the trailer on Sunday at 10:30 and was charged 5 days. I realize the place isn't open but no directions were given on how to turn in the trailer. The records show they didn't process the return until Monday, February 14 at 10:30.

mark wThey are leaving me with a bill off a $500 Cleaning fee, we came to drop off after dealing with a national disaster in Mo there is an open dumpsters ands we were treated like garabage by the associate. This is the 2nd time I was spoken down to etc. I will get a lawyer against this bill. This is unacceptable and I expect to be called about this

Jerry CI cannot be more pleased with Dale and the other people at the pickup location. Everyone, especially Dale, was courteous and helpful. Dale in particular spent as lot of time with me to I received the equipment when I needed it.I highly recommend True Value Rentals in West Branson, MO.
