Little confusing since they do not do any paperwork and u have to drive unit home without any paperwork and then have to download u haul app to be able to turn follow me function
Floyd HI dropped the vehicle off on a Sunday when they were not open. The process was very easy.
dana sUnfortunately I had a truck reserved in Salina for 10am pickup. Received a call around 9am that truck would not be available? Had to locate another one on my own. McPherson came through and had a truck ready. Rented it one way and dropped off in Hutchinson. Received my invoice that Hutchinson charged me for 2 gallons of gas???how do one measure 2 gallons of gas? $48? Really….i picked the truck up with 1/4 tank and returned it with more? I want a refund!

Shannon SThe required use of app to return trailer was not very user friendly. Tried on 3 different devices to do it and it would never load the location to be able to return trailer and business was closed so there was no actual person to help with process.

Stephen HI ordered an autotransport four months in advance but U-Haul still forced me to drive 40 miles (instead of going to one of the SEVEN U-Haul dealers in town) to pick up an autotransport in a different town. But I do have to thank you, because of forcing me to drive over 80 miles out of my way, my wife now agrees that I should buy my own trailer because U-Haul is not reliable.

Chelsea MI was just giving a low amount of mileage while the gas tank is empty. Have to make multiple extra stop for gas on my trip
Max AThe owner of this location, Ms. Julie Aiken, was phenomenal and explained everything to detail. They are veteran/military friendly. She gave me the best prices in the market and assisted me until I got to my final destination. Also Mr. Kevin Carlson, one of the employees, was outstanding and helped us during the process. The best U-haul location I have ever visited.

Aubrey BThe best small truck rental option in the McPerson area. The owner manager is also one of the nicest people you will meet anywhere. $29 day plus mileage locally amounts to not much more. Don't waste your time calling around, everyone else is $89 to $180 day. The hardware store has almost anything g you might need. I bought 2 ladders and misc tools. No Jone Depot in the area, no problem. Conveniently located on Centenial & Kansas next to the Candelwood being built.
Avery MThe taillights had a lot of burned out LEDs. The right one only had three working LEDs These are probably not a preferred method for towing a Chevy Cruze. I tried to take turns as wide as possible but the metal fender braces still hit my rocker panels, damaging the right side severely.

mike fAlthough we believed we could do everything via mobile phone, on the pick up of the truck, that was not the case. However the guy was friendly and did help us get everything set up we needed and gave us some good advice on the drop off.

ERIN Ethe gas gauge said full when i picked it up, BUT when i filled it to where the pump clicked off at full, the gauge in the truck was much higher than when i got the truck. so what is considered full? with gas prices the way they are i feel like i added another $15+ to the tank than what i got. Just an inconsistency

Marvin WJulie was great, and our order constantly evolved. She helped us through all of it. Would recommend, if possible, renting and returning during regular business hours, when you can get help from knowledgeable people, and not dealing with the online and phone national system for off hours. Local = excellent, easy, National = sometimes confusing, more difficult. TY Julie and True Value
